Frühstück war Hervorragend , leider hat niemand richtig Deutsch gesprochen , aber wir haben alles bekommen was wir wollten !!

Das A la Cart essen zum Abend war mehr als Perfekt. !! :-))

Preis Leistung okay, Menü war sehr gut.

Cons:

Leider kein Balkonzimmer .Teppichboden ein wenig veraltet. Strandwiese könnte ein bisschen gepflegter sein.

Прекрасные азиатские женщины-официантки, которые были очень добры, вежливы и воспитаны.

Cons:

Персонал ужасный - все, кроме азиаток. Меня не хотели регистрировать тк человек ленился прочитать, что написано на моем документе, утверждая, что у меня виза, а у меня permanent residence. На следующий день на нас упала огромная стеклянная дверь из-за ветра, кстати рядом с нами сидел ребенок маленький - благо семья ушла вовремя, муж словил огромную дверь рукой - никто не извинился, никто не спросил в порядке ли мы, отель на наши жалобы не реагирует - будем решать с полицией тк была угроза здоровья. Не рекомендую, все-таки адекватность персонала важна. Фан факт - после чп первая задача, которую решали официантки - кто куда пересел из гостей и кто заплатил, а кто нет ..... вместо того, чтобы убедится, что гости в порядке. Худший опыт, будем решать дальше.

Pros:

The activities - you can rent bikes, motor boat, spa and wellness are there as well as great access to the lake. There is also a bar where you can have drinks in the evening.

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable, the spa is extra paid even though it is not expensive I think it could be included in the price. The breakfast wasn't amazing, not many options, surprisingly more sweet options than salty.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Anlage, gepflegte Zimmer.

Cons:

Wir hatten uns ein Apartment mit Sauna gebucht. Diese sind etwas abseits des Hotels. Wer hier nicht in der oberen Etage ist, hat leider verloren. Absolut hellhörig, jeder Schritt hämmert durch. Und das lag nicht daran, dass die Nachbarn oben besonders laut waren. Schade, das hier gespart wurde.

Ich komme wieder!
Pros:

Ich hatte ein Upgrade Zimmer erhalten, vermutlich weil die anderen schon ausgebucht waren. Ich war sehr überrascht wie schön das Apartment ist, toller Ausblick, genügend Platz für eine Familie. Der Aufpreis würde sich auf jeden Fall lohnen da dieses Zimmer schon um einiges schöner und größer war als meine eigentlich gebuchte Variante

Das Frühstück war soweit gut nur die Auswahl hätte etwas mehr sein können
