Cons:

Era molto rumoroso di gente fuori sulla strada fino a l‘una e mezzo di notte. Era un raduno di giovani che festeggiavano.Non so se era un occasione unica o é spesso così.

L’uso dell’aria condizionata e’ a richiesta. Dopo la mezzanotte nessuno servizio e’ disponibile e non e’ stato possibile accenderla.
Camera vicino all’ascensore: rumori che ci hanno svegliato nel cuore della notte

Ottima posizione a due passi da piazza dei priori
Struttura vicinissima anche al park dogana comodissimo quindi per bagagli > il costo del parcheggio e di 15 euro al giorno se si decide di lasciarla li .. ci sono tuttavia altre soluzioni più convenienti ma meno comode.. noi alla fine abbaino usato quello anche se meno economico
La camera appare pulita ma ho una nota dolente che indicherò sotto di cui mi sono accorta per totale caso
Nel complesso comunque siamo stati bene

Purtroppo mi e caduto senza volere lo sguardo nelle fessure del radiatore ..penso non fosse pulito da anni ..c-era un quantitativo di polvere pauroso .. facilmente non ci avrei fatto caso ma mi e caduta una cosa li accanto e ho notato … questa cosa e da sistemare immediatamente
Pavimento davanti alla porta del bagno rovinatissimo
Insonorizzazione in bagno nulla ho sentito ogni situazione della camera accanto
Le persiane non avevano un fermo .. unica stanza senza almeno a visione facciata la mia camera era L-unica senza i fermi per le persiane / peccato perchè la vista meritava molto

In centro a Volterra
Pros:

Posizione eccezionale. Hotel accogliente incluso personale. Camera tranquilla. Bagno ottimo e caldo. Camera ben arredata.

Cons:

Il parcheggio auto più vicino è a 100 m, quindi comodo, ma costa 15€ al giorno. Se si vuol abbattere costo del parcheggio ve ne sono altri più lontani; a secondo dei bagagli che si hanno la distanza potrebbe essere un problema.
Una considerazione in merito alla colazione, proposta a 15 € persona. A mio avviso un po' eccessiva.

Kleines, feines Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Hotel war in der Altstadt gelegen daher konnte man alles gut zu Fuss erreichen, da diese kleine Stadt Autofrei ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Frühstück war klein aber fein.
Zimmer waren sauber.
Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Cons:

Nur eine Regendusche war mir persönlich zu wenig da dies beim Haare waschen etwas mühsam war aber das ist ansichtssache daher ist das jetzt nicht als Kritik gemeint sondern als persönliches Empfinden.

Non meravigliosa l'insonorizzazione (dal bagno e del bagno). Ottima la colazione
