Pros:

Hotel bellissimo in pieno centro a Volterra.
La camera era molto spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile sia nel rispondere ad alcune richieste che nel suggerirci cosa visitare e dove mangiare.
La colazione era davvero abbondante, sia dolce che salata, e tutto era davvero di alta qualità.
Consiglio assolutamente!

der Teekocher war leider leicht defekt, das ist aber eher ein Schönheitsfehler, kein Mangel

Fantastic location, beautiful, quaint hotel.
Pros:

The location was fantastic located off the Via Porta all’ Arco just steps from the heart of Volterra. The room was comfortable and beautiful. Beautiful bar and breakfast room and has an elevator. Great, friendly staff.
