יש בריכה גדןלה, וחדר אוכל נחמד, קיבלנו את החדר מוקדם יחסית למרות שהגענו לפני הצ׳ק-אין, הצוות בקבלה היו נחמדים מאוד

הזרם במקלחת ממש חלש ולקח מעל 6 דק עד שהגיעו המים החמים, אין כספת בחדר או מיני-מקרר. ביקשנו לקבל פרטים על האטרקציה העיקרית בהוציקאנה (סקי חולות) ומישהו מטעם המלון (Omar) שלח לנו הודעה עם פרטים - כשהגענו לאטרקציה עצמה גילינו שהוא רצה לגבות מאיתנו פי 2 במחיר מאשר המחיר של האטרקציה, הרגשנו מרומים. האנשים שהגיעו לעשות את האטרקציה איתנו (לא מטעמו של Omar) שילמו חצי מהמחיר.

Great location. Great pool. And an amazing place....

Cons:

Facilities are basic. The restaurant was empty (or not open) when we were there, so had to go out vs enjoy the location in evening

Great for overnight stay.
Pros:

Comfortable. Just what we needed for one night. Friendly and helpful staff. Great pool and bar area.

Una experiencia increíble! Recomendado 100%
Pros:

Desde que llegamos el servicio fue espectacular. La piscina y las instalaciones están muy bien cuidadas y decoradas. La comida estuvo siempre deliciosa ( desde los piqueos hasta los almuerzos y cenas) siempre comimos en el hotel. El personal muy atento y amable a nuestras necesidades y a engreir a mi pequeña hija. Un hotel muy familiar y con excelentes estándares.

Bien ubicado
Pros:

El hotel está bien ubicado porque está cerca del Oasis. Sin embargo, por la misma ubicación se escuchan claramente la bulla externa y los sonidos de otras habitaciones, si buscas descansar después de un día largo quizás un hotel más lejos de la zona de fiesta sería ideal.

Freundliches Personal, super Lage, Lunchpaket statt Frühstück war kein Problem.

Cons:

Zuerst waren keine Handtücher vorhanden. Auf Anfrage wurden diese aber problemlos bereitgestellt, ergo ein Plus für Lösungsbereitschaft
