Emplacement idéal au pied des dunes.
Pros:

L’emplacement est très bien! Et c’est très propre!

Cons:

Il manquait chaises et table dans la chambre! L’échelle de la piscine était brisée et vraiment non-sécuritaire (et ils le savaient) ce qui rendait la sortie de piscine bcp plus difficile pour nous!!

Se você não for pagar em dinheiro seja em dólares ou em soles o valor não corresponde ao valor anunciado no site. Eles cobram 20% a mais caso pague com cartão. O que é um absurdo. A taxa de conversão de moeda para o pagamento no cartão é totalmente fora da realidade. Resumindo se quiser pagar o que foi anunciado tem de ser em dinheiro

Pero todo estuvo bien en cuanto al hotel. Muy tranquilo
Pros:

Todo muy bie con en Hotel. Desayuno óptimo. Y todo funcional,

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó, que no respetaron el precio de booking, en virtud que me hicieron pagar en soles pero haciendo ellos mismos el cambio, ósea el valor lo pone en ellos, mas no el banco o el valor del día. Y lógicamente te ganan algo más.

Good location wise but not as described in terms of price
Pros:

The location was excellent and the breakfast was very good.

Cons:

We booked for adults and 1 child online and I specified age 16 and gave us a room for 4+1, but they charged us extra for the 5th person upon arrival. They said that it's because we require an extra bed. However, we never got an extra bed, and we had to ask for extra pillows and even towels.

El personal muy amable y servicial!
Pros:

Hotel tranquilo en comparación con los de la zona. El personal fue muy atento y servicial al cambiarnos de habitación para nuestra mayor comodidad. Muy agradable la piscina y alrededores.

Cons:

Un poco caro para lo que es, pero sí que es verdad que la zona en general es bastante cara si no quieres compartir habitación y quieres tener baño privado.

Pros:

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations, and we do not feel it is worth the price paid.
The only positive aspect of the property is the garden and the pool, which are nice. However, the pool closes at 7:00 p.m., exactly when guests usually return from excursions and would like to relax and enjoy the facilities.

Cons:

The rooms are very basic, although clean. We were unable to use the TV during our stay because there was no remote control. We requested one at reception, but the replacement did not work either.
Breakfast was extremely basic and poorly prepared. There was a clear lack of effort to create a good experience, and even the fruit tasted old.
After housekeeping, we were left without towels and had to go to reception to request them.
The staff at reception were cold and unwelcoming, giving the impression that they were tired of the job.
Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and we would not stay here again.

Pros:

Nos gustó la ubicación del hotel, pero tiene mucho potencial para mejorar sus servicios

Cons:

Muchas cosas no nos gustaron:
1. Nos cobraron más de lo reservado a través de booking y a pesar de mostrar el valor de nuestra reserva, nos dijeron que políticas que ellos tienen de cambio de soles a dólares, ese era el valor y debimos pagarlo ya que no teníamos otra opción.
2. La piscina estaba súper sucia.
3. Las toallas muy escasas y de mala calidad.
