Disappointed!
Pros:

Great location and one half of the property (on the canal side) is stunning!

Cons:

The other half of the property where we stayed and which they still charge €500 per night is in VERY poor condition, is badly run and not worth that amount of money per night.

A big disappointment
Pros:

Sorry to say , but this is simply not normal W hotel standards. We are a family of four and have asked for two rooms nexts to each other, 5 weeks in advance. When we can , we could not get two rooms nexts to each other and the rooms was so dirty and smelling . We asked for a new room , but it was only slightly better… When you walk around the hotel you can really see and smell how much it needs to be total renovated and just basic cleaning is not good . All in all , a very big disappointment and we will definitely not come back or recommend this W hotel to anyone.

One big disappointment
Pros:

Only the location was good . But the rest was simply way below normal W hotel standards.

Cons:

Everything was very dirty and off very poor condition, the wallpaper was falling apart and the rooms very dirty and of a very low standard

Damage deposit
Pros:

Upon checking in, they hold 900€ amount as a deposit for damages, why would the hotel that an adult lady would damage the room for worth of 900€ ! That is weird and not mentioned anywhere while making the booking.

Bad stay
Pros:

The Breakfast food variety and location was excellent
Front office manager's flexibility at the time of discussion in reducing my stay to 1 day only and be charged for 1 day only.

L hotel sarebbe perfetto perche' non ha peccato in nulla ma ha solo un problema le finestre della camera che mi è stata assegnata non avevano un apertura anche minima per far circolare aria e non sono stato affatto bene mi è venuta a mancare aria molto claustrofobico.
Le finestre devono avere un minimo di apertura almeno un dito perché non tutte le persone riescono a stare bene senza una finestra che si apre e fa circolare un minimo di aria esterna.la kia camera era la 408 e le finestre erano completamente saldate

Mauvaise insonorisation des chambres: on entend les voisins marcher au dessus et c’est pénible
Idem pour les portes des chambres voisines => claquement très pénible
Moquette et revêtement de salle de bain manquent d’hygiène (taches etc..)
Il aurait été bien que la réception nous prévienne que nous devions demander à ce que la chambre soit nettoyée , sinon vous rentrez à 16;00 et rien n’est fait
À part le roof top => surfait et trop cher pour les prestations

Palestra ottima, anche se in un altro building. Posizione eccellente

Cons:

Pulizia delle aree comuni scarsa. Ascensori non programmati e mai al piano terra. La cosa peggiore riguarda la camera con vista interna: l’unica tenda che consente privacy e’ oscurante. Non e’ possibile avere privacy senza togliere completamente la luce naturale.
