De ligging, het ontbijtbuffet

Cons:

In de namiddag gevraagd om s avonds naar de lounge op het 6de te gaan. Na 23u mag iedereen zonder reservatie om te eten binnen en we moesten niet reserveren. S avonds daar aangekomen op 23u05 en we mochten niet binnen! Blijkbaar al teveel volk! In 5minuten? Dit vind ik niet ok en nog minder als we in het hotel logeren.

Absoluut niet je geld waard!!

Overall was de hele ervaring voor ons niet goed. Het viel heel erg tegen. Alles is niet meer van deze tijd en past zeker niet bij het bedrag wat er gevraagd wordt voor de kamers.

Laten we beginnen met de service. Bij aankomst wordt er aangegeven dat de spa gereserveerd moet worden. Wij geven door dit graag te willen doen. De desbetreffende persoon geeft aan dit door te geven aan de spa en er bij ons op terug te komen. We horen niks meer terug. Wanneer we die zelfde avond nog bellen zeggen ze dat we de volgende ochtend om 09.00 wat horen. Je raad het al, volgende dag 09.00 horen we niks. We bellen zelf om 09.30 en ons wordt aangegeven dat de spa vol zit voor die dag.. Really.. We hebben de kamer juist geboekt om ook gebruik te maken van de spa. Even later bellen ze terug dat ze toch nog een plekje hebben om 18.00. Niet wat we wouden. We hadden dag eten gereserveerd maar oke.

Verder de kamer en het hotel zelf. Ik denk dat gangen in een gevangenis er nog gezelliger uit zien. De kamer zelf leek op een bordeel gemixed met gevangenis vibes. Ordinair en niet van deze tijd. Het bed was kapot aan de zijkanten. Geen WC borstel. De airco kon niet uit in de nacht waardoor we heel erg slecht geslapen hebben. Dit maakte namelijk erg veel lawaai. We hebben hiervoor om 01.30 s'nachts gebeld, er werd ons gezegd dat hier niks aan gedaan kon worden. Dat we het de volgende dag maar moesten aangeven. De douche lijkt ook net op een gevangenis.

Dan nog de W lounge, personeel erg onvriendelijk, cocktails geheel overprijst, gevraagd om iets te regelen voor de verjaardag van iemand met wie we waren. Zou binnen 10 minuten komen niet gekomen. Na 3 keer!! vragen kwam iemand er aan met een plankje.

Het hotel heeft veel achterstallig onderhoudt. De spa was een aantal jaar geleden geweldig mag nu wel wat onderhoudt hebben net als andere dingen in het hotel. Totaal het geld niet waard. Als je voor een luxe ervaring wil gaan zou ik je echt aanraden ergens anders heen te gaan.

fürs Gym muss man Hotel verlassen

Zimmer & Flure sind nicht dem Preis entsprechend eingerichtet, nicht hochwertig

viele Macken und Fahrstuhl zum Beispiel sehr dreckig

Ein wirklich rundum schönes Hotel alles scheint zu stimmen .
Pros:

Der Ausblick und die Lage war ein Traum,
Das Personal das Frühstück sowie das ganze Paket einfach stimmig .
Spa und Wellness einfach ein Traum das war für uns Oberklasse .
Parking Service sowie Wünsche oder Fragen wurden sofort super freundlich umgesetzt .
Wir kommen sehr gern wieder .

Cons:

Leider war das Zimmer ein wenig verlebt bzw. Schäden an der Scheibe der Dusche Kratzer und Macken an den Möbeln aber alles in allem trotzdem sehr schön . Vielleicht passen auch die Bilder in den Zimmern nicht zur Ausstattung aber das ist geschmackssache .
