מלון שנמצא בתוך מבנה משרדים ששופץ. בפועל המתקן לא מותאם לבית מלון. לובי קטן. מעליות צרות. מדרגות שצריך להוריד מזוודות. יום אחד לא ניקו את החדר. לא עוזרים עם המזוודות. אז צריך לסחוב. ספא נחמד אבל אין בריכה חמימה או קריר או רותח. בקיצור. לא משהו בכלל.

Bra fasiliteter, men ineffektiv ansatt som kaster bort tiden til kunder og egne kolleger.

Da vi ankom så brukte resepsjonen nærmest 30 minutter på å sjekke oss inn. Først fordi en kvinnelig ansatt ba meg bevise at mellomnavnet mitt var ekte (byttet navn for 1 mnd siden og har ikke endret pass). Jeg brukte 10 minutter på å logge inn på flere norske nettsider for å finne vedtak om navnskifte. Imens jeg gjorde dette byttet resepsjonisten vakt og en mannlig ansatt tok over. da jeg viste han vedtaket fra norsk skatteetaten så sa han «my colleague probably asked for this, but I don’t need it. I believe that this is you» og pekte på passet mitt. Bortkastet tid for turister som er i Amsterdam for å oppleve byen, men så brukte vi heller nærmest 45 min før vi fikk rommet og bagasjen vår. Dårlig for 5-stjerners hotell.

Pros:

L'accueil de Mélanie, seule personne qui parle francais dans l'hôtel et qui est trés agréable.
Elle nous a sur classe car nous n'étions pas satisfait. Elle a fait de son mieux pour nous aider a etre pleinement satisfait.

Cons:

Le personnel qui ne fait aucun effort de langue
L'hôtel ne vaut pas un 5 etoiles en terme de service et de chambre

Pretty expensive hotel and could use a little tweaking
Pros:

It was hot. Hot while we were there but the AC did a decent job cooling the room and we requested a fan and they were able to find one and put on room. The Irish young man in the bar/pool was great and funny! The shower! And the outdoor pool! Weren't able to "book" inside spa was always full. Daughter did like the gym.

Cons:

Don't love the "cosy"room looking at a mirrored atrium into other rooms. When lights were on - it was still pretty dark. Wish the towels were a little better, never received face towels after the first day. Breakfast was too expensive.

Très belle adresse, complète, parfaite!
Pros:

Localisation impeccable où tout se fait à pied. Génial qu’il y ait tant d’équipement (clim, excellent breakfast, piscine outdoor avec superbe vue et piscine indoor avec spa, restaurants excellents avec des ambiances différentes et très sympas). Le personnel est vraiment très bon (gentillesse, serviable, rien à redire)

Cons:

Éventuellement la clim n’était pas très forte mais nous l’avions juste réglé à 20c donc on aurait pu essayer plus froid.

Beter ander hotel nemen voor deze prijs
Pros:

Het hotel is van eigenaar veranderd, en het heeft dringend totaal verbouwing nodig kamers zijn afgeleefd. Incheck balie is te klein voor zo een hotel. Ik ga vaak naar W hotels maar deze is geen W waardig zeker niet aan deze prijzen.,.
