Room & entrance
I liked that the hotel was located close to the waterfront. It made getting around much easier.
I didn't have any dislikes.
The room was of good quality.
There was a couple of points to note. Firstly, there was renovations happening in the hotel which made some of the amenities not available, such as the pool and restaurant/bar area also. This was not communicated to me before arriving which was disappointing. Secondly, there was a fault in the alarm which caused serious inconvenience for around 20-30mins on our night of arrival, we had important business meetings the following morning and this was not good preparation. All in all, it was disappointing for a couple of reasons.

I like the proximity. The staff is friendly
The pool has been closed for both our stays, and now nits under renovation there was no hot chocolate/cappuccino station and the breakfast was not the full breakfast we received during our first stay. I felt as though we should have received a credit or discount for not getting the full amenities as described in stay. I had upgraded to a suite. There were missing covers to the pans. I did not have any sponges or detergent for washer. I had to find a house keeper to get it.
We just checked in a couple of hours ago but this has been a great experience already, and it is mostly due to EJ at the front desk. We had booked at another hotel and long story short were not given the room we had booked and several amenities were unavailable so we cancelled the reservation. We were very stressed as we are traveling with our 4 year old. We called element to ask some questions and EJ answered and helped us so much to get everything arranged. He was here to check us in as well and he really turned a bad day around. What we experienced here was not just customer service but real hospitality. Thank you so much to EJ and this hotel.
EJ was awesome and hooked me up with a surprise for my anniversary. We stayed there for 2 days only but overall great experience.

Do café da manhã, era uma bagunça, os utensílios como torradeira estavam uma sujeira, os pratos e talheres eram de plástico, uma vergonha, precisam melhorar muito o café da manhã.
Ej was absolutely amazing at the Boston Seaport! From start to finish, they were friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. Their energy and professionalism really stood out, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Easily one of the highlights of our visit thank you, Ej!
Had to book a last-minute trip after a holiday change of plans and was blown away by the level of service. Spoke to a man named EJ who helped ease the stress and got my wife and I settled in quickly. The room itself was clean and comfortable and the next time I'm in Boston this will be my hotel of choice!
We had a great stay at the Boston Seaport hotel. The property itself is beautiful, clean, & in a perfect location. The atmosphere was welcoming & comfortable. EJ really added to the experience with excellent service and a great attitude, it made our stay more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again.
