Location was ok. Room was clean. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good.
Didn't like that I had to pay to park. Didn't like i had to have a $200 incidental hold on my card. Didn't like that the pool was down ( whole reason why I booked this hotel) when I called front desk about it I was told could walk outside next door to sister property to access pool. Like what?!? Also didn't like that the $15 room credit had to be used via card on file. Wanted to go to bar and have a drink and wanted to pay cash after my credit was applied. Nope not an option.

I layover here with my company JetBlue. Jodie was here last time & this time & she’s very personable & caring. I work in hospitality as a flight attendant & she takes alot of pride in her job as I do. She cares & is an excellent communicator. I recognize these qualities in other people because like her I work with the general public & thse qualities are important. She genuine & sincere & I would be happy to work with her any day.

Wonderful hotel in a great location. Booked in pre-cruise and arrived after a very early flight from Richmond VA --- but our room was ready and the wonderful hotel clerk told us to drop our luggage and go to the breakfast buffet (included) which we did. Stayed two nights --- wandered the area -- walked to the seaport district and thoroughly liked everything about the place. Elements could be an ideal "long term" for a business stay, and we didn't utilize the almost full and very completely 'furnished' kitchen except to use the counter for our overnight bags -- not exactly the planned use but it gave us lots of room. On Sunday breakfast was jammed -- no wonder there was a bus of football fans ready to go to the Patriots game. Fun stay and would certainly stay here again!!

Every single time I head to Boston, Denise, Veronica, and the rest of the staff have taken care of making sure I have everything I need for my stay and am fully satisfied from my morning hunger. I will never book a different hotel for any convention.
