Quiet and clean.
Pool was out of service.
The hotel is quite close to the seaport although really not in it. The rooms are new and quite comfortable.
The check in process was fraught...computers glitchy and it was late ( after a pavilion concert). We wanted to see the seaport before the concert and there was no noon check in possibility. The usual 3 pm check in really doesn't work for this location.
Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. The valet guys were great. The front desk staff were all very nice. The housekeeping folks I saw in the hallway all said good morning to me, or hello in the afternoon.
The room was very clean and everything worked as I expected.
The AC was strong and cold. Everything in the room was laid out as one would like it to be on a business trip.
However - the clock in the room didn't work at all. It wasn't a big deal but why have one if it doesn't work? A
nd the WiFi was terribly weak in my room. It was stronger by the desk and the window, but unusable 10-15 ft away from the window. Better coverage is needed. If the WiFi worked, I would have given 5-stars

The accommodation offered by this property was in-line with expectations, reasonable, well-sized suites with a functional kitchenette and decent storage. The rooms are well-suited to longer stays and can accommodate four adults (At a squeeze). The staff weren’t friendly, and the soft product did detract from the overall experience. The suite was clean with no complaints. The property is located in a quiet neighbourhood, which is reflected in the price, but all main attractions are easily accessible on foot.
Booked the day prior to arriving after a 13 hour drive from canada. Booked this hotel based on having a fully operational pool and a shuttle service from the airport. Upon arrival, was told no pool which was booked for children (had to use another nearby hotel - where couldn’t get into and their staff were incredibly ignorant at another hotel using their pool) and no shuttle services. Then couldn’t check in even an hour earlier but made me go through the check in process (providing ID and credit card auth). Asked to speak with a manager about the pool and no shuttle to airport services and the manager said it’s not their problem and wouldn’t be doing anything about it (not even so much as taking care of parking). She went so far as to tell me she will cancel my booking and say not my circus not my monkeys (referring to my children) Basically throwing out two small children and I after driving 13 hours from canada. They were just as rude and ignorant about no shuttle services as either. Then when went to actually check In (after waiting 30 minutes with only one staff member on during prime check in time) they tried to force me to do yet another credit card pre auth for incidentals.
The room was way over-priced for a 3-star. I asked the day before to change the king bed to 2 queen beds and was told this is not possible. So I did not bother to ask for a refund due to my delayed flight (the reason I was a no-show).

Se me quedó dos chaquetas colgadas en el closet cuando pedi de las pasara a un compañero que seguía en el hotel , dijeron que no estaban y estoy complement segura que si estaban.
Hotel bardzo blisko centrum kongresowego co było dużą zaletą. Śniadanie w formie bufetu dość monotonne ale każdy coś dla siebie znalazł. W pokoju aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony. Wygodne lóżka. Dostępne też rowery hotelowe.
Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja przy której nie dało się spać więc była wyłączana co z kolei powodowało nieprzyjemny wzrost temperatury. Okno wyglądało na uchylane ale takie nie było. Cena powalała jak na 3 gwiazdki:(
