Pros:

Muy buen alojamiento central , buenas habitaciones .
Pierced todo lo bueno al no devolver dos chaquetas que se me quedaron en el closet pidiendolas el mismo dia .

Cons:

Se me quedó dos chaquetas colgadas en el closet cuando pedi de las pasara a un compañero que seguía en el hotel , dijeron que no estaban y estoy complement segura que si estaban.

Not a bad place, clean, but way overpriced and while some staff is great, others are disrespectful

Pros:

Hotel bardzo blisko centrum kongresowego co było dużą zaletą. Śniadanie w formie bufetu dość monotonne ale każdy coś dla siebie znalazł. W pokoju aneks kuchenny w pełni wyposażony. Wygodne lóżka. Dostępne też rowery hotelowe.

Cons:

Bardzo głośna klimatyzacja przy której nie dało się spać więc była wyłączana co z kolei powodowało nieprzyjemny wzrost temperatury. Okno wyglądało na uchylane ale takie nie było. Cena powalała jak na 3 gwiazdki:(

Pros:

Staff were amazing and always happy with a great deal of energy.

Cons:

If you leave your room key in your room, the liklihood is you won't have ur wallet either. Let's not always be policy vultures and use our discretion where applicable.

Double charged by hotel

Nice enough room

Cons:

On arrival at 3pm told room was not ready, so needed to leave bags at hotel as unable to take them to football stadium.

Back to hotel after match & despite handing bags docket chap had difficulty finding them at reception.

Prior to checking out discovered I had been charged for the room again, despite paying for it in March.

I explained this to Ryan at reception and he told me I was a "no show" the day before - there was nothing on system to say we were there.

I said that it was not my fault that they had not updated their records, how could I have got a docket if I had not handed my bags in????

He said he would refer to his manager who would email me that afternoon- I am still awaiting that email, so not impressed at all with the customer service I received.

Good if attending conference, but very expensive.
Pros:

Overall good stay. Booked or conference. Clean, good breakfast.

Cons:

Extremely expensive! Area, other than convention centre, not very lively. Few options to eat. Needed to UBER a lot.
