BEST HOTEL IN BOSTON
Pros:

This is the BEST HOTEL in BOSTON. We are staying here for a business trip and the staff has been nothing but the BEST.
From the professionalism to the service but also going the extra mile to make our stay as guest a true vacation! They added nightly events that got people out of their rooms and meeting new people for a true sense of community!

Starting with Ryan and Rae holding down to fort with the utmost courtesy and warmest smiles to Chantá running the show and making sure everyone was having a fun (and very safe) time

The room was clean and the cleaning staff was always on top of it from the bed to the bar!

This is the greatest hotel I’ve had in a while because it truly felt like I was transported away from the world on a vacation, and it wasn’t even a vacation! It was a business trip! Will be staying here everytime I’m in Boston!

A great hotel for convention goers
Pros:

This is my second time staying at this Aloft for a convention I attended, and it's always been a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean, bright, and quiet, and we had an amazing view of the Boston Skyline at night. Jothson, the person checking us in, was especially great and let me check in early which was a huge help. Would recommend!

The experience was so wonderful
Pros:

Sandra manager and Chanta were so wonderful . I had a little situation with my room and that wasn’t a big of an issue but they have assured me and made me feel comfortable! They were so sweet and very understanding! Thank you so much for all your help!!

Hôtel propre et personnel chaleureux
Pros:

J’ai aimé la sympathie du personnel que ce soit à la réception, les femmes de ménage ou le service de voiturier
La chambre était très spacieuse et c’était vraiment très agréable pour 4 personnes. Nous avions en plus une superbe vue
Le design de l’hôtel, très moderne et propre

Cons:

Je n’ai pas aimé la salle de bain. Celle ci est ouverte, seulement l’espace WC et douche à une porte . Mais quand on est 4 on aimerait avoir un peu d’intimité .
Quand on sort de la douche rien pour poser ses vêtements on est donc donc obligé de sortir pour s’habiller… et quand ce n’est pas fermé .. pas génial ..

Les moquettes dans les couloirs ne sont pas bien posées et j’ai faillit tomber

整体住宿还比较安静，房间打扫干净。
夜间入住的时间服务员会给水或零食代金券。

Cons:

官网上看到酒店设施挺多的，但入住的时候没有什么引导，几乎没有使用。
