We're coming back the end of September again staying here.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, we went to local establishments, restaurants. Would be nice to have say, complimentary coffee in the morning..Otherwise it was ok.

My stay was good, the hotel was fantastic with cleaned environment.

Cons:

I was double charged. I paid through booking.com to secured as I wasn't sure of my arrival time due to flights delayed. On getting to the property my card was requested for and and full payment was taken making it 2 payments. I complained three times before checking out and assured the payment taken by the hotel will be reversed and fully refunded by Monday 20th july 2026. Up till this moment, it has not been refunded.

Great employees!
Pros:

Chanta Williams was working the front desk for most of our stay. She was so kind and friendly, and helpful. She clearly loves her job and is good at it. She made our stay better for sure!
