Food at the lobby bar was low quality. Advertisement on Booking.com said breakfast included. It wasn’t included. I received $15 credit towards food.

Good hotel for staying in the Seaport district
Pros:

The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was very friendly.

Cons:

The music/karaoke in the hotel lobby was quite loud on several nights, also quite some people speaking loudly in front of the hotel entrance.
(my room was on third floor above the entrance).
The destination fee is a bit shady, but I guess many hotels in this area do it and it was included in the overall price on booking.com.
