Overall not bad for a short stay but not the Marriott that you imagine
Pros:

The location : very close to the conference venue, I attended
Coffee machine was great
Iron table and iron machine

Cons:

The noise of the AC when it is on cool or auto mode, it was very loud
The noise heard from the corridor was irritating, sometimes waking me up
They only provided a bottle of water on my first day only later on, the coffee sachets and creamer were only refilled

Pros:

Comfortable lodging, staff was so professional but Comfortable, clean and nice atmosphere, good location

Cons:

They add a "hidden" fee for a card that has credit to their restraunt. It is not optional, i didn't care for that. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

Over priced, nothing fancy.
Pros:

I requested a room suitable for two adults and one child/ teen 15 yrs old. It suggested a one king bedroom. We got in the room only to find out it was literally just a one king bed. No couch, no pull out, and no carts to provide us. Why would one bed be suggested for 3 people. I went to the front desk to ask about another room, the front desk woman said, “I was wondering how you planned to fit 3 people with one bed”! Why would they not say this when I checked in. Needless to say, the hotel was booked with the exception of the single king rooms due to the event we were there for. After begging the front desk to help us out and find another room, I finally asked for the manger. The manager was more helpful than his staff and suggests purchase another king room. So now instead of one room suitable my only option was to pay double to stay there and get a whole other room. The manager worked with me a bit and reduced the rate of the room but once they tacked on the absurd amount of fees, it was no cheaper than the one room rate. Be ware, dont go off the suggested rooms.
Only thing good on site was the attached Gaucha restaurant. Food was good, but $400 for 3 people! Buffet lacked, meats brought to the table, OK.

Cons:

No on site food. No breakfast on site. They have a toaster and microwave with some bagels, $3 bananas and a few cereal bowls. Funny thing was they told us at check in “breakfast” is available 6-11am. What breakfast?!?

BEST HOTEL IN BOSTON
Pros:

This is the BEST HOTEL in BOSTON. We are staying here for a business trip and the staff has been nothing but the BEST.
From the professionalism to the service but also going the extra mile to make our stay as guest a true vacation! They added nightly events that got people out of their rooms and meeting new people for a true sense of community!

Starting with Ryan and Rae holding down to fort with the utmost courtesy and warmest smiles to Chantá running the show and making sure everyone was having a fun (and very safe) time

The room was clean and the cleaning staff was always on top of it from the bed to the bar!

This is the greatest hotel I’ve had in a while because it truly felt like I was transported away from the world on a vacation, and it wasn’t even a vacation! It was a business trip! Will be staying here everytime I’m in Boston!
