Pros:

J'ai passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet hôtel. La chambre était propre et confortable. Le service du spa était excellent et très relaxant. Le personnel a été aimable et serviable tout au long de mon séjour.

Понравился персонал, месторасположение

Cons:

Бронировали номер заранее, по приезду оказалось, что номера нашего класса нет, нам предложили семейный номер с двумя кроватями. Мы попросили заменить номер, на номер для двоих, нам предложили люкс в ужасном состоянии, тёк кондиционер, кран в ванной комнате болтался, номер пыльный и грязный. Пришлось жить в семейном номере.

L'hôtel était propre et tout s'est bien passé. J'ai cependant oublié une montre de valeur dans ma chambre après mon départ. Le personnel d'entretien l'a retrouvée et a immédiatement prévenu la réception afin qu'ils me contactent et organisent son envoi. Je leur suis très reconnaissant de leur honnêteté et de leur professionnalisme !

Such a beautiful and spacious hotel with full amenities and a stunning view! Since it's centrally located. it's super convenient for sightseeing around all the famous landmarks in Laos. There are also plenty of great restaurants and cafes righ around the corner. The weather is nicely cool!

Amazing staff, comftable bed - could be cleaner
Pros:

Staff are amazing, so polite and helpful!
Bed is comfortable and the air conditioning is nice and cold

Cons:

Could be cleaner, back of the bathroom door had toothpaste on it, the bath tub was leaking onto the floor and could not use the shower - only the bath, again could of been cleaner
