The location! It is walking ditance to the center bus station, mekong river side night market, Arc of Triumph. 3km away from the major Pagodas. Plus, the buffet breakfast is so nice.

The room is beautiful, spacious and fully equipped with everything you need. The staff team is attentive and enthusiastic, providing excellent service. Furthermore, the rates are very reasonable and offer great value for money

The hotel is located in the business area of Vientiane. It is two blocks from huge morning market, also few blocks from government offices and banks. Vientiane bus station is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. There is decent and inexpensive vietnamese oriented restaurant right next to the hotel. I used to have dinners there. Staff was very welcoming. They moved me to a different room because of problems with weak air conditioning in the first room. Also, staff members could open the unit for me every time I came back to the hotel not having the key card from my unit in my pocket. I have been leaving my key card inside my room so that electric power kept going to keep air conditioner running while I was away.

Breakfasts were served every morning on the 5th floor and were buffet with large selections of foods. Omlettes, vegetables, rice, sausages, bacon, coffee, toasted bread, jellies, chinese staple foods were available. I liked breakfasts very much.

Rooms and beds were clean. My room was quite spacious. Hotel staff can call you taxi to the airport and to the railway station for only about 15 per cent surchage over what is offered by Laos internet aggregator Loca. This is good deal in my opinion.

Excellent 4-star standard. Spacious, clean rooms and restaurant with fantastic food. The professional staff made everything seamless.

Breakfast was good enough for us, importantly the coffee was good, hot very good flavour, fresh milk, we enjoyed breakfast.

The staff were pleasant, always polite, cheerful. The older uniformed gentleman who greeted us and opened the door was a very decent fellow.

Location was convenient.

The breakfast staff were excellent, friendly, helpful, always had a smile. When we saw the manager (for the 1st time) on our 6th and final morning, and I was complimenting the staff, I got the impression he thought I was complimenting him for his staff. I wasn't. I tried telling him "don't thank me, thank your staff", but it didn't sink in.

In all it was pleasant, comfortable, we would stay here again when visiting my wife's extended family in Vientiane.

The hotel was very clean, from the bedrooms to the bathrooms, everything was meticulously maintained. The space was always fresh-smelling and tidy. The staff were extremely friendly, always greeting me warmly and providing quick assistance. I felt very satisfied with my stay here.

That said, I want to highlight that Mr. Moon was one of the most helpful and knowledgeable staff members on site. He kindly offered to move us to another room, which was greatly appreciated. However, we chose to stay because we really liked the size and comfort of the room. His English was very fluent, and he was always pleasant and professional in his interactions.

The room was clean. Spacious bed with a modern bathroom. The hotel was located near shops. The breakfast in the morning was good.
