It was close to the centre of Laos and close to everything

An exceptional 4-star hotel situated in a vibrant, bustling central location. The accommodations are pristine and luxurious, and the staff team is both professional and highly hospitable. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at their fine restaurant and professional spa, which was incredibly relaxing. Thank you very much, and I look forward to returning!
Best service I ever experienced.
I booked this hotel for a work related trip. And I must admit, I was not the easiest customer myself.
I had to completely cancel my first booking due to a change of plans. Even though Booking.com indicated that the booking was non refundable, the hotel waived my payment. A free cancelation.
I had to postpone my second booking by one night. Again, no questions asked and no problem.
Then, when I finally arrived I did so at 8 AM, 6 hours before check-in time. For a small fee (5$), they got my room ready within 10 minutes.
The duration of my stay in Laos was heavily dependent on paperwork processing by a third party. I assumed this third party only works on weekdays. So, on saturday morning I decided to extend my stay by two nights (until monday). I paid by creditcard on the spot. I booked through Booking.com, which indicated the stay was non refundable.
2 hours later I got confimation that the paperwork that I had been waiting on was finished.
I told the staff that my plans had changed and I had to check out. Before I could mention it, they told me they would refund my fee.
To do so, they had to contact the bank etc.
I was in a hurry to catch a flight, so asked them to get me a taxi (hotel has an internal taxi service).
At the airport, I received a call from The Moon (one of the hotel's staff that helped me check out). He told me the bank was not cooperating, but that he would arrive at the airport within 5 minutes to give me the refund in cash. And so he did: he gave me the full amount in cash at the airport.
I want to express special thanks for the exceptional service. The Moon and his coworker(s) (whose names I do not know) really went the extra mile for me. I greatly appreciate it. It made my somewhat chaotic trip to and stay in Vientiane much better.
If I'm ever in Vientiane again, I'll be staying here.
I can confidently recommend this hotel.

Area was good
We are currently staying at Xaysomboun Boutique Hotel and wish to formally report multiple serious issues affecting our reservation.
Our family occupies two rooms and has experienced numerous unresolved maintenance, hygiene, and safety concerns including:
• Multiple unexplained overnight insect bites affecting more than one occupant.
• Unsanitary bathroom conditions after hotel staff entered the room for repairs.
• Construction debris left behind after maintenance work.
• Leaking air conditioning.
• Non-functioning television.
• Non-functioning bathroom light.
• Broken bathtub/jacuzzi fittings.
• Non-functioning room telephone.
• Exposed wiring and unfinished repairs.
• Stained furniture, damaged furnishings, peeling paint, and significant room deterioration.
These issues were repeatedly reported to hotel staff and management but have not been satisfactorily resolved.
We have extensive photographic evidence documenting all concerns and have also submitted a formal written complaint directly to the hotel.
We are requesting Booking.com’s assistance in reviewing this property, investigating the circumstances, and assisting us in obtaining an appropriate resolution, including consideration of compensation due to the significant impact on our stay.
We can provide all photographs, timestamps, and supporting evidence upon request.
La posisizione la camera ampia il letto comodo , il personale molte gentile anche se non sempre affidabile
Struttura che in passato deve essere stata bella ma ora trascurata ... un po' sporca , in oltre avevo prenotato un prelievo all'aeroporto e dopo un'ora di attesa li contatto e mi dicono che l'autista è malato.... Faccio il check in e mi dicono che potrò entrare all'una ( normalmente è alle 14 ) vado a pranzo torno trovo un'altra persona che mi dice che forse sarà all'una e mezza e mi fa ricompilare la schedina del check in che avevo già compilato un'ora prima ( anche dopo aver segnalato di averla già compilata )
Good location only a short walk to most restaurants and bars, friendly helpful staff
Emplacement idéal , près du marché de jour et pas loin du marché de nuit .pres de la pagode , du palais présidentiel et de « l’arc de triomphe » . Pas grand chose d’autre à voir à Vientiane
Piscine très bof … pas trop entretenue . Chambres vétustes comme l’hôtel mais correctes . Petit déjeuner très bof

Staff at the lobby is horrible. They didn't help me with my AC problem. AC was leaking so much. Water everywhere on the floor and on the wall.
