部屋をアップグレードしていただいた。

Cons:

ランドリーが故障中だったため、西門町近くのコインランドリーまで行き、その場で待つこととなったため、時間の無駄遣いをすることとなった。翌日には修理完了となっていたが、日中に修理を実施してほしかった。

It is okay
Pros:

Bed is comfortable. Room size is good. Facilities are well maintained. Can store our luggage. that is great.

Cons:

The front desk staffs need professional training. I'm quite surprised about that. One of them is rude. Others are fine. They are not so warm. Just do their job. Room is a bit dark. Use laminate floor. It is easy to clean. Bathtub has no shampoo or soap. Only showers side has shampoo and shower soap. Basement has 1 washer and 1 dryer. total cost ntd$150 for using both.

The hotel is very conveniently located near Taipei Main Station in a central shopping district with lots of eating options and near interesting sites.
Rooms were very comfortable. We stayed here twice - first for one night prior to a multi-day guided tour and then again for two nights after the tour ended. Our room on the second stay was a little nicer than the first stay. They appeared to be doing renovations on some rooms while we were there.
The hotel is very clean. The hall rug had some stains and was dated but did not appear dirty.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
They have a good buffet breakfast.
Free wifi.
Good value for the price.

特にないが、強いて言えば、夜中にシャワーの取っ手が

けたたましい水の音、朝まで我慢してくれみたいなことを言ったので、それはさすがに眠ることもできないので
頼み込んだら最終的には部屋を替えてくれた点。

Cons:

夜中にシャワーの取っ手が外れ水が散乱。　洗面台の水を貯めるための口が閉まったまま。　などメンテナンスがなっていない。全て故障してから直すと言うスタンスが感じとれた。スタッフが全てアルバイトっていう感じ。何何をしたら、罰金いくらとかそういった注意書きばかりが目立った。おもてなし、とはかけ離れている。
