All in all we enjoyed our stay. Next time I’d request a little bigger room.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Always fresh no matter what time we ate at.
Front desk staff on arrival we super friendly and greeted our pup with treats and offer of a pet bed.

Cons:

The noisy kids the first night. Parents could have done better.
We didn’t want to complain but perhaps they could all be put together.

Cons:

Customer service is horrible. How they treated me at the hotel was horrible and disrespectful. And the manager and front desk couldn't apologize for what they did.

It was very comfortable!
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly, the breakfast was awesome. Beds were very comfortable and it was so clean. My sister is a smoker and having a smoke room outside the main builder was a bonus for her as well.

Great location, easy to get too. Staff was friendly and hospitable

Cons:

My only issue was there were small kids I. The room above me and all they did was run back and forth in their room. It sounded like elephants up there. Suggest people with small kids only stay on the main floor.
