Clean, comfortable rooms, good value.
Pros:

Herry is a very convenient location for me, for what I was in Chiang Mai for, ie slightly north of the centre. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and good value for money - this is my third stay here in the last couple of months, which speaks for itself.

Cons:

Nothing. As I have been here a few times before, everything was as expected.

If you are looking to visit the city centre, say at night time, you would probably need transport.

Convenient location (for us) and comfortable rooms, good value for the cost.
Pros:

(No breakfast available). Rooms were well cared for, clean and tidy, bed linen and towels were good quality.

Prima hotel voor een aangename prijs.
Pros:

Locatie: met transport binnen 10 min in Chiang Mai centrum. Makkelijk om een grab te krijgen. Restaurantjes, markt, foodcourt, 7/11, Lotus, allemaal op loopafstand.
Kamer en badkamer in orde. Ruim genoeg en schoon.
Vriendelijk personeel. Rustig gelegen.

Cons:

Matras is prima, alleen zijn de kussens snoeihard. Dit hebben we opgelost door de kussens te wisselen voor zachtere exemplaren.
De airco unit buiten maakt helaas een hoop herrie als je hem aanzet of de buren zetten de airco aan.

Disappointing
Pros:

In front of the hotel parking for scooters was convenient

Cons:

The water was lukewarm warm in the shower and the rooms don’t look like on the photos, it is more used and the walls are not white but yellow with a pattern. The furniture and bathroom looked old and used.
In the morning it is impossible to sleep longer because of the metal work that is happening right under the windows outside in the neighbors garden.
The staff was a little incompetent with the check in and outs.

Excellent hotel if you like the peace and quiet part of Chiamgmai!
Pros:

I liked everything about this hotel. If you have your own transportation you would love staying here.
From the price to their polite staff to the conveniences near the hotel. Room and sheets were clean, daily housekeeping is a plus, hot shower worked properly, loved the little patio, and bed was comfortable. Although they did not have breakfast or laundromats available there is a fresh market 500 meters away with convenience stores, small restaurants, and a laundromat. There is an excellent coffee and breakfast about a 5 minute walk. Parking was plenty and a local bar with Thai live music/tapas is a walk through the back of the hotel, just basically everything I need minus the hustle and bustle of Chiang Mai City. I started off with one night booking and extended to a 5 night stay. Will definitely come back again.

Cons:

I wish they have at least a few coin laundry machine and dryers.
