Comfortable but find your own driver
Pros:

We stayed in the family room (changed from double), as the double room was a dark pit. The family room was spacious for 2 people, for a small additional fee. The hotel is in a convenient location, a 5 minute walk from the ferry terminal, but there are no signs so its difficult to find. There is a shortcut through the hotel, which we didnt know about until the final day, so ask the staff about that.

The breakfast was OK, bread, an egg, some cucumber/tomaoes, and condiments (jam/honey). We stayed for 3 nights, and it was the same breakfast, everyday.

Generally, we were pretty happy with the hotel, however, we booked a car through the hotel to take us to the tourist attractions, which in hindsight, we should have found our own driver. They charged us 400 Egyptian pounds, which is considerably higher than the local taxi drivers, plus as the tourist attractions are on the West Side, around 15 minutes drive away, it was rather dishonest of the hotel to charge so much.

They also offered to drive us to the aiport for 250 Egyptian pounds, again extortionate, as when we arrived, we paid 80.

Overall, its an OK hotel, its cheap and convenient enough, but do not book a car with them for the tourist attractions.

Pros:

Good location only a few minutes walk to the ferry terminal, my room was better than expected, large with a fridge . The staff were nice and accommodating, breakfast was substantial and plenty . WiFi was great

The only negative was a like to have 2 coffees in the morning, did not like the fact that there was a 1 coffee limit . A little more care for things like new towels /soap.. hot water for shower lasted for perhaps 5 mins

All the negatives are minor , would stay again

Comfortable budget hotel near Ferry Terminal
Pros:

Stayed for 3 nights in Comfort Triple Room. Located on the peaceful West Bank, just 2 minutes away from the ferry terminal. Rooftop Restaurant offers views of the Nile river. Lot of restaurants in close vicinity, Cup Coffee Sunrise Restaurant is strongly recommended. Set breakfast offered here is fairly enough, comprising of 2 types of bread, cheese, jam, honey, yogurt, Omlette, Ful ( Beans), Cucumber-Tomato-White Cream Cheese, Banana & Tea/Coffee. Rooms are clean & spacious with comfortable beds & clean linen, TV with few local channels, wardrobe, Electric kettle, access to common kitchen, attached 24 Hrs hot shower with Bathtub ( but tub size too small ) & Window AC. Mohammed, the English speaking attendant looking after this property, takes good care of guests. Ferry charges 5 LE per person for crossing over to East bank. Overall, West bank is calm, quite & fresh as compared to East Bank which is too noisy & polluted. Strongly recommended for travelers to Luxor.

Extremely disorganized
Pros:

When they stopped responding to us via the hotels.com chat, we probably should have taken it as a warning sign and found another hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised that our requested airport pickup actually showed up in light of the lack of responsiveness. However, they assumed that we were actually a party of four even when we said that it was just the two of us. We waited nearly an hour until 1am when the driver finally decided to call the hotel and figure things out. Turns out the hotel was equally confused.

When we arrived at the hotel, our room was supposed to have a king or queen bed and two twins. Instead it had four twins. They pushed two of the twins together leaving them made up as twin beds and claimed they would make it up properly the next morning.

In the morning, a closer look around the room didn't have any of the basic amenities that we were expecting: no bottled water, towels or soap. We did request them, and they were delivered shortly, although quite a bit slower than we would have liked. Wifi was also visible, but they did not give us directions on how to access it, making it difficult to organize a plan for the day.

Breakfast was solid, but was not enough to overcome the negatives. We ended up finding another hotel for our second night. They seemed genuinely confused about why we were unhappy and leaving.

Ask for Mohammed to help.
Pros:

Nice family run business. The manager Mohammed was amazing. He looked after all our needs from coffee, breakfast, tours, room s, cleaning, and many many extras. It was wonderful having him to help us negotiate the Egyptian site seeing and shopping.
10-15 minutes drive to the airport and then a 3-5 minute boat ride. 2 minute walk to hotel.
Much quieter than the hustle bustle of the city yet 5 minutes away when you want.
From Canada. Mohammed has a bright future in the service industry. He's very knowledgeable and trustworthy.
The Price is Right as well. Good breakfast (typical Egyptian) scrambled eggs, yogurt, bread, coffee, cheese, vegetables.

A Nice Trip to Luxor
Pros:

The hotel was a great price for the services and location for a traveler on a budget. The staff spoke English and was very helpful in setting up tour activities in the area at fair prices and they were very trustworthy. The cost for the airport taxi was a little high by comparison to taxis on the street but I would return anytime and felt safe.

西海岸の船着場から歩いて行けるホテル
Pros:

Kleines, freundliches Hotel in der Nähe der Fähre.
Pros:

Man braucht wirklich keine Hilfe, kein Taxi, nichts. Von der Fähre sind es max. 5 Minuten.
WIFI funktioniert in allen Bereichen.
