Amplasarea intr-o zona turistica renumita, amabilitatea unor angajati

Mobilierul extrem de invechit, nu se vorbeste deloc limba Engleza, mic dejun modest, internet nefunctional timp de 4 zile.
Unele camere aveau mini-frigider si seif, altele nu.
Micul dejun din doar doua variante la alegere: omleta sau sandwich. Cafeaua slaba, cu mult lapte si primeai un suc naturat doar daca solicitai, altfel nu.

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena, sobre el personal hay una chica muy atenta, es la que usa anteojos, el resto le falta mucho para servicio al cliente. Deben variar el desayuno para aquellos que nos quedamos varios días.

Cons:

No me gustó que el desayuno fuera el mismo por tantos días, mismo menú.El primer día exquisito , el segundo dia sabroso, el tercer día bueno ni modo lo mismo, cuarto ya no lo quería y quinto no lo comimos. Debe variar para los que vamos muchos días.

La infraestructura está sumamente deteriorada y con calidad deficiente.
Colchones y almohadas duras.
Sin servicio de internet y cable.
Las puertas de las duchas son muy duras de mover, la manija de la duchas estaba floja y rota la baldosa donde se ubicaba.
Camas con las esquinas rotas.
Mesas y sillas sin pintar, foco quemado en la lámpara de la pared.
Cobraron el dinero en pesos cuando la reserva fue en dólares.
Los dueños del lugar deben tener cuidado de ofrecer publicidad engañosa.
Unas vacaciones que nos dañaron por la mala calidad.
El desayuno debe ser variado e incluir frutas.
Habitación 304 olor a humo de cigarrillo, piso de armario roto.

Pros:

Ubicación, el desayuno estaba aceptable y limpieza del cuarto diaria.

Cons:

No había internet los tres últimos días, las frazadas estaban manchadas y al llegar no tenían habilitado el sistema para pagar con tarjeta, por lo que tuvimos que esperar.
Del personal solo algunas eran amables, las camas son bastante duras y las almohadas muy delgadas.

Pros:

El desayuno es bueno, la ubicación igual, pero pésimas instalaciones. Falta de mantenimiento.

Cons:

Instalaciones deficientes. Camas rotas, anaquel de lavamanos despegada, manigueta del agua caliente dañada, puerta de entrada dañada, olor a humo de cigarrillo.
Pedí ayuda y no fue posible, ya que la otra unidad estaba dañada la ducha.
