Pros:

We couldn’t get toilet tissue. We had to bring down soiled towels to get new ones. There was a roach in kitchen area. There was water coming down from upstairs unit and it maintenance an hour to come address (I have you)

The suite was kind of gross - dirty carpeting and bathrooms. Elevators were very slow. I was charged $40 per day for parking. Beach towels were worn and cheap. Service on the beach and pool completely shuts down at 5pm (really early). Deposit won't be returned until 3-7 days (yet was oddly able to take the money immediately). Overall, the location was wonderful but I wouldn't recommend as a place to stay.

We had an amazing view! The room was huge and gorgeous! The one thing I couldn’t deal with was the roaches! They were everywhere in the apartment. The ice machine was not working and the shop didn’t sell ice. Also, the pool should be open a little later. The staff was amazing!

The property was super out dated and old. There was rust on the majority of the light fixtures on the property. The carpet areas was very dirty and old. The service was 0/10. There was no proper customer service you had to return and pick up your own sheets and towels. Had to walk them over to their laundry area. And area where a guest shouldn’t be allowed in normal settings. Had a lot of restrictions that did not make sense and were very inconvenient. Would NEVER go back to this hotel.

The rental was not comfortable at all. The kitchen stunk which made the entire unit smell, the bathtub in the unit was peeling and looked awful. The shower curtains should have been changed months ago. The beds were awful and did not look welcoming at all. I would not recommend!

Very bad experience. Rooms were dirty with dust. No one cleaned even after request. They told us to pay for cleaning separately and told us to change washroom garbage by ourselves. If we need towel then we need to take dirty onces to downstairs and get new onces. Very bad experience. We request to expedia to cancel our rest of the days and give us refund but they didn’t do anything.for future bookings we will avoid booking with expedia. They should specify all that requirements. Stay at this hotel 2 years ago and we enjoyed it, despite recent reviews we decided to stay here again. During check in they told me resort fees were 45.60 per night, I was aware of that and I was happy to pay in Cash. Everyone has to pay that during check in or you cant stay. Hotel is overpriced and fpr what they charge parking should be free, rooms are good size but outdated, nearly all furniture needs fixing or replacing,we took videos and pictures to have proof of everything, we had a kitchen but no kitchen accessories are supplied anymore. Pool towels have to be handed over at 5 pm and pool is open until sunset. Some staff are nice and friendly Stay with family of 5 for 5 nights,during checkout the only oustanding balance was for parking, and receptionist told me it was going to be deducted from the deposit, nothing else was oustanding. 2 days later the charge me $428.00 for parking and resort fees AGAIN, they didnt give me a receipt when I checked in so is my word against them. If you decided to stay with them make sure you ask for receipt. Plenty of hotels nearby with better services.

Don’t even know where to start about this review. I try to look at the positive all the time but there’s nothing positive I can say about this place, the whole place needs a major renovation, rooms are dirty , carpets in bedrooms are filthy and old, the swimming pool water is dirty and extremely hot at all times, the beach towels look dirty and old . From the moment you enter this place it looks like you went back on time, from the laundry service to the doors, everything was old and dirty. Expedia needs to update pictures on how the rooms and resorts really look. There’s lots of options to stay in Miami . Avoid this place.

The only good thing about this hotel was the room size. There were 6 of us in a 2 bed room suite. Beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever been in. The floors in our room were so nasty our socks were black on the bottom. Customer service was awful. The people over the pool/beach towel were the worst. Towels had to be turned in by 5pm but the pool was open till dark. They would not give my 16 year old one even tho he had his little card to get one. There were only a few dozen chairs available by the pool. the others were for a cost starting at $350.00.

Unfortunately, my stay at Saecost Sweet Miami was very disappointing. The front desk staff was extremely rude and unhelpful from check-in. There’s no housekeeping, and even to change towels, you have to go down to the lobby yourself. The apartment had a nice view, but the furniture was old and damaged, the kitchen was empty, and the bathrooms were full of cockroaches. The pool area was dirty, with no nearby services. Definitely not worth the price.

Need towel racks and soap holder in shower. Not enough towels - Had to keep asking for towels to accommodate guests - No towels given for pool or beach so had to walk back to room wet. They closed too early - it is apparent that the hotel do not have enough staff at hotel to accommodate guests. However, the rooms are big with lovely views.

Pros:

The room was a good size but unfortunately it felt a little run down. Broken kitchen tile which was sharp. Dirty towels, we exchanged them for clean ones and half of them were still dirty. Bathroom shower water pressure was very low. Swimming pool looks very tired.
Location is good, as is the private gate to the beach.
