Homewood Suites by Hilton Anaheim Resort – Convention Center

Fantastic location but insane price gouging for absolutely no reason, upcharge for parking? Why not provide a lovely discount or bar voucher if you are not driving? The fancy cost room and car spot got us a room overlooking the first floor's lovely metal and HVAC units! I'd think that should be another nice perk fixed up for a view worse than Gary. Another mystery for the price was the tv, it was not smart nor offered much access to much anything. At least the pool and hot tub were ideal for the one rainy week. Breakfast knocked out of the park! Big win for the kitchen team here, not only enjoyed but made sure to hit up the buffet again that next morning, I can easily say this was the best I've had in a hotel between Chicago, Miami, and West Coast. Staff was relaxed and polite, well trained, noticed everything very clean and organized for the stay. I'll also add that the hotel brand push for credit cards, benefits, and hoping to buy loyalty is silly. The first hotel to notice no one can be stuck with one brand, regardless of how accessible, and combine benefits and rewards across multiple popular retailers and services will become the immediate top tier for promoting consumer confidence and motivating free marketing.

The Homewood Suites by Hilton was conveniently located to the Anaheim Convention Center. The front desk team was welcoming and helpful with directions to local dining establishments. The rooms were clean and comfortable and very well equipped as a true home away from home. Breakfast each morning was hot and fresh.

Our family loves it here. The room is clean and spacious the beds are comfortable and the walk to the Toy Story parking lot (where you grab the bus) is about a 5 minute walk. All of this makes it a great location. What makes it the perfect location though is William. There are so many hotels to choose from when you are visiting Disneyland but we love it here because of William. Our first stay we met him and he helped us with a credit card fraud situation that happened on our road trip. Disney Magic outside of Disney property … all with a calming smile while I wanted to just throw in the towel.
Months later when we had another trip planned that was not Disney we decided to still book this location and deal with the bad LA traffic because we had such an amazing experience our first time. It was so nice to arrive for check in and have William there to greet us, even remembering who we were.
Once again the room was spotless and breakfast was good and the customers service is simply the best of the best. Thank you William for always having a smile…Hilton is very lucky to have you!!

We have stayed at Homewood Suites Anaheim four times and we always have a great experience. Recently I had a pack of 40 bottled waters delivered to the hotel but we were staying on the second floor. I asked the front desk if they could store them in the back for me when my husband returns later, but a really nice employee named Kevin offered to take them up to our room for us. Excellent customer service at this hotel.

All of the employees were amazing! Front Desk, housekeeping, maintenance, food service. They were kind, calm, and helpful. I found myself repeatedly going up to the front desk to say how wonderful my stay was

PROS: Reasonably priced hotel that includes breakfast and in-suite kitchen. Close to Toy Story parking lot where you can catch a shuttle bus to the main gate at the theme park.
CONS: First level back door locks don’t work so anyone can get into the hotel. No elevator security. It was difficult to get our room serviced even when we made requests in the morning. We ended up leaving our towels and trash outside the door so it could be removed. There are closer suite hotels to the Downtown Disney park entrance (Springhill Suites, Residence Inn and Desert Palms Inn and Suites). Parking is $40/day.

I stayed here for 4 days and paid a premium expecting Hilton-level quality and service, which I unfortunately did not receive. I chose this property thinking it was close to Disneyland, but there are several other hotels even closer that offer better pricing and much better service.

This hotel is not family-friendly, and families with kids should consider other options. On top of that, the daily parking fee is unreasonably high. Overall, the stay did not feel worth the price paid.

The location of this hotel is excellent, very convenient and close to Disneyland. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end for me.

The parking charges are frankly unreasonable at $46 per day (including taxes), which felt excessive and poorly justified. Even more disappointing was the lack of flexibility or consideration for late checkout, despite my Hilton Diamond status. My request was essentially dismissed without any meaningful attempt to accommodate or offer alternatives.

As a loyal Hilton customer, I expect a higher level of service, especially in terms of guest recognition and basic courtesy. This stay did not reflect the value or experience typically associated with the Hilton brand, and overall it did not feel worth the price paid.

I would hesitate to stay here again unless there are improvements in guest service and value.

Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The staff wasn’t very helpful and seemed annoyed when we asked questions such as transition information to Disneyland or recommendations for nearby dining. Other than the front desk, everything was great. I would stay here again.

The girl at the front desk was so friendly. The breakfast was extensive and was great. The dining area was nice and clean and the staff was attentive during breakfast. Our suite was ok. The pullout bed didn’t come with bedding I had to track some down. The kitchen could’ve been cleaned better and things like tissues weren’t refilled. These weren’t dealbreaker issues and I would still stay there again. It’s a great setup for families but room for improvement I think.

The hotel was clean, stuff was very helpful and it was a very convenient location to Disney!!

Right next to disney parking! great rooms, clean, great staff, around everything, didn’t pay for shuttle we just walked to toy story parking

Wednesday's hospitality evening with wine and snacks was very good. We met some people that were very nice!

Recomiendo mucho este hotel si vas en familia ,tiene cocina que cuenta con todo lo necesario ,es limpio y tiene buen desayuno ,son amables y el bus de Disney está a muy poca distancia 100% recomendado
