Homewood Suites by Hilton Miami Downtown/Brickell

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel which is very close to Miami Downtown and Brickell areas. You can walk or take a train. Conveniently located for families with kids. There is a playground just steps outside of the hotel. Margaret and Devante were very helpful and provided us with a great room. Breakfast is good as well.

The room was great, and clean.

This was my second stay at this Homewood Suites this year. They relocated the lobby to be very welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and super-quiet. No Miami beachfront views here, but very good if you are looking for a solid place to stay without the beach view prices.

Other reviewers questioned the hotel's location, but I actually like the fact that it's not in the middle of the downtown Brickell traffic and noise. The location makes it easier to move in and out of the area if you have a car. Plus, there is a nice walking/biking trail in front of the hotel that takes you directly to the restaurants and shopping after a less than 10 minute walk.

I will stay here again when in the area.

The Homewood Suites in Brickell is a very nice hotel in a safe and thriving neighborhood. The rooms are large and modern. The lobby and breakfast areas have been nicely remodeled. Breakfast is very good and the Wednesday evening social is nice. The staff is pleasant. Publix is a short walk away and lots of restaurants and other stores are about a ten minute walk away. The M-Path directly across the street makes accessing everywhere very easy. The Brickell Metrorail station (easy access to/from airport for $2.25 each way) and MetroMover station (free monorail to/from Downtown) are a ten minute walk away on the M-Path. The design flaws include the lack of views on one side of the building. Out my window, all I could see was the inside of the parking garage next door! The entrance is also odd with the lobby on the second floor and the parking garage being on the first floor which lacks a secure street-level pedestrian entrance.

The Homewood Suites Brickell is a decent property. The public areas are getting remodeled which it probably needed. Rooms are great for an extended stay as they are equipped with refrigerators and cooktop. Otherwise it's just an average room. The hotel is about a 10-15 minute walk to the Brickell entertainment area and shopping. Which is a positive. It's an easy, safe walk and we did it back in the dark. We stayed for one night before a cruise. Would I go again, sure, is it a 5 star property.....no.

Buena ubicación, personal amable tanto en el frontdesk como en el parking

Hotel jest dobrze położony, blisko darmowej kolejki do samego centrum Miami. Do centrum Brickell można też dojść na pieszo. Czułem się w okolicy bardzo bezpiecznie. Hotel posiada parking, z ktorego korzystaliśmy. Personel byl bardzo pomocny. Warunki w pokoju byly dobre, choć było widać zuzycie wykladzin. Korzystaliśmy z siłowni, ktora była lepiej wyposażona niż przeciętna hotelowa. Dobra cena do oferowanej jakości.

proximity to the bars is manageable walking distance although not close you do save money not getting an uber everytime. The experience of staying close to brickell bars and cafes was a good one.
