Really, it was all fine…
Hospedaje Claudia was a great place to stay! The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The room was spacious and comfortable, and they even organized sandboarding for me at a great price. Excellent service and overall a wonderful experience – highly recommend!
Good location
The space and the view
Big room, super clean
No hot water
Very well located--in fact I had no idea but Huacachina is so tiny, everything is a maximum 10 minute walk. Comfortable and clean.
It wasn't as cute as the photos. My room had a balcony that was shared with other rooms--so had to be a bit more mindful about security. There is ongoing construction in front of the property as they are building the road and it's quite dark, so that may be a bit tricky to traverse.

Lack of curtains on window, toilet leakage.
Generally speaking, it’s a hotel with good price and location. The hotel waitress who was on duty during the day was very nice, helped me a lot on calling the cab and booking the activities, I’m so grateful for that!
However,It’s too noisy, there is a construction site right in front of the hotel, many workers were there. You have to walk through it to get into the hotel, which is also not safe enough.
The room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was really good and the terrace on the roof is amazing with a nice view. There is a hot water.
There is a construction going on right next to the hotel (they have only started so probably it will go on for a while) and it is extremely loud. Usually this doesn’t bother us, but they were working until 2am.
On the hallways and lobby you could see that hotel is quite old, the staff is not really helpful or engaging. They speak poor English. We have booked the taxi through the hotel from the bus station and he was 40min late + the price was twice as much compared to Uber.
I would say it doesn’t really justify the price you pay.
