Confortável, silencioso e com excelentes refeições
Pros:

A localização do hotel é muito boa, a mais ou menos 1km (12 min de caminhada) do Malecon de Miraflores, mas em uma área muito tranquila, longe da avenida (que é mais barulhenta com o buzinaço do trânsito de Lima). É próximo de restaurantes, centros comerciais e Lima é uma cidade ótima para se conhecer caminhando. O quarto é bastante espaçoso, muito limpo e a troca de toalhas foi feita diariamente, a cama é bastante confortável e o sofá também. Tem ferro de passar, cofre, frigobar vazio (que é ótimo para você gerenciar suas coisas), vários cabides removíveis, muito espaço para roupas e malas nos móveis, tem uma cafeteira de capsula e água mineral disponibilizada pela equipe diariamente. As amenidades de banho são muito boas e o chuveiro excelente. O café da manhã é muito bom e a equipe dessa área é muito prestativa. A recepção do hotel é bastante amigável e prestativa. Os funcionários falam inglês muito bem e se esforçam para falar português quando necessário, além de espanhol, é claro.

Cons:

Não é um ponto negativo, mas apenas a se considerar. Também não sei se é uma prática desse hotel ou de todos os hoteis de Lima: No check-in é cobrado o valor da estadia com uma porcentagem a mais como uma espécie de garantia. Esse valor é todo estornado no check-out, momento em que você pode escolher o meio de pagamento conveniente. Como tínhamos nos organizado para dar uma "aviso de compra grande" em um de nossos cartões, o valor acabou não sendo aprovado inicialmente o que gerou uma espera maior no momento da entrada. Nada que desabone a qualidade da habitação. Ao final, pagamos no check-out exatamente o valor em dólares que estava informado aqui no booking.

Courtyard Calle Schell was Family!
Pros:

My family including my 89 year old Mother stayed at the Marriott Courtyard - Calle Schell 400 for 12 nights. The staff was fantastic giving us 3 rooms for the family on the same floor and the service was commendable- good or better than fine hotels in Tokyo or Osaka, Japan. We were made to feel at home during our stay and on site dining at the fine Bistro 400. Special thanks go to Eduardo, Wes and Cesar for going out of their way to ensure our dining and stay was perfect every day of our stay. Well done! Keep up the great work. We will be back!

Una Buena experiencia.
Pros:

el servicio del personal fue estupendo, el desayuno estuvo muy bien.

Cons:

no me gusto un cargo que no viene incluido dentro de la tarifa, que es una propina obligatoria del 10%, no tengo problema con pagarla, pero cuando reservé no la vi dentro del listado de costos en la reserva, ni me comentaron nada al momento del registro, además pasan la tarjeta con un valor adicional de depósito que a la fecha no me han reembolsado. Estos costos "OCULTOS" deberían advertirlos al momento de la reserva.

Above and beyond!
Pros:

Excellent service! I went to the restaurant and the parking lot was quite narrow, making it difficult to get in. Luckily, Isaac was passing by and helped me park. He also helped me find the elevator to the first floor and accompanied me to “teatime”. Afterward, he helped me back out with my car. Thank you, Isaac! The food was also very good. The restaurant was quite busy, but even so, the waiters provided excellent service.

Excelente opção no coração de Miraflores.
Pros:

Quarto muito espaçoso, cama e travesseiros confortáveis. Chuveiro excelente, bom secador de cabelos e bancada ampla. Localização ótima. Café da manhã com vastas opções e waffle que pode ser feito na hora.

Cons:

Quarto podia ser mais iluminado. Apesar de estar em um quarto bastante silencioso, que não era voltado para a rua, de manhã ouvia barulhos de rodinhas de mala em outros andares.
