Amsterdam Teleport Hotel

La struttura è molto sporca . In 4 giorni di soggiorno nessuno è venuto mai a pulire . Nessuno ha passato una semplice scopa . E ancora nessuno ha pulito il bagno . Sì sono solo limitati a togliere le bustine del wc. Il bagno al nostro ingresso era sporco con tracce di escrementi. La tenda della doccia ormai obsoleta piena di muffa . Avevamo un micronde per riscaldare il latte ai bambini di dentro faceva pena . Non sono pieno di macchie , è con ancora resti di cibo attaccati ma anche con della plastica sciolta nella parte della resistenza .

We booked a room with a double bed and a private bathroom. On the day we checked in, we left our belongings in the room and went out to explore Amsterdam. When we returned in the evening, we were shocked to discover that the bed sheet was covered with blood stains. We immediately went to the reception, but we were told that the housekeeping staff had already finished their shift. We asked for a clean sheet, and the receptionist told us to change it ourselves and that housekeeping would replace it the next day. We placed the clean sheet on top of the dirty one just so we could sleep.

The next morning, we removed the clean sheet again so the housekeeper would clearly see the dirty one and not forget to replace it. We left the room early, but when we returned in the evening, nothing had been done. The dirty sheet was still there, we had no towels, and the room had not been cleaned at all. We went to the reception once again and were told, yet again, that housekeeping had already left. I asked to speak with the manager or the reception supervisor, but the receptionist either did not know or did not want to tell us what time they would be available the next day. I also asked for the manager’s name, and he refused to give it, claiming he didn’t know. Only after insisting did he hand us the manager’s business card. This was extremely unprofessional behavior.

On our last day, we left the room in the morning and returned later to find that the bed had simply been made, but the dirty sheets were still there. Once again, the room had not been cleaned properly. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unacceptable experience.

Quarto estava sujo e imundo quando entramos. Chão cheio de areia. Box sujo. Não houve limpeza do quarto nem arrumação da cama.

Nosotros llegamos en bus y nos fuimos en bus por lo que la ubicación estaba súper bien porque era en frente, esto hizo que nos ahorremos el transporte hacia el hotel ya que solo había que cruzar la calle.
Pero la ubicación quedaba a 1 hora del centro por lo que estaba bastante lejos para volver de noche ya que la zona no era muy iluminada.
Alquilamos bicis en el mismo hotel y al centro tardábamos 20 minutos así que súper bien a pesar de la distancia.

Il wi-fi non volocissimo

Oda biraz soğuktu. Bunu ayarlamak için odada bir klima ya da kalorifer göremedim. Ancak bu durumu o anda otel görevlilerine de söylemedim. Söyleseydim belki de yardımcı olabilirlerdi.
Diğer odalardan kapı kapama ve konuşma sesleri geliyordu ara ara.
