Pros:

Los espacios muy bien cuidados. Yo soy vegetariana y no tienen una opción vegetariana en su menú, sin embargo, me solucionaron y comí muy rico.
Las habitaciones muy cómodas. Son petfriendly. Ofrecen diferentes actividades para que estes entretenido durante tu estadía.

Cons:

Las ventanas de la habitación se veían un poco sucias.

Escapada de chicas
Pros:

La estadía estuvo maravillosa. Al llegar, Claudia nos recibió de una manera muy amena con una copa de vino para brindar como bienvenida y nos explicó todo lo que incluía nuestra reserva (jacuzzi, baño turco, kayak, desayuno, hamacas, salón de juegos, caminata hasta una vista panorámica de la represa) y demás actividades que podíamos solicitar también por un costo adicional (jetski, cena romántica, tour por el lago, picnic, masajes). El resto del staff fue sumamente amable y muy dedicado durante toda la estadía, especialmente la señora Neidy (espero estar escribiendo su nombre correctamente) en la cocina quien nos preparó platos deliciosos cada día. Éramos 5 chicas y en todo momento nos sentimos seguras y tranquilas, dormimos maravillosamente con toda la paz que se respira en el lugar y el señor Daniel se hizo cargo de que todo lo que solicitábamos se cumpliera para disfrutar de nuestra estadía al máximo.

Muy agradecidas y con ganas de regresar. Como recordatorio, el hotel está muy lejos del pueblo y la Piedra, queda en medio de la represa y solo se puede llegar en lancha, por lo tanto es una escapada hacia lo más tranquilo y sereno de Guatapé, no una estadía estratégica si lo que quieres es ir por corto tiempo y pasar mas tiempo recorriendo el pueblo. Con respecto a lo anterior, la reserva incluye el transporte ida y vuelta en lancha, así que sean puntuales para que no tengan que pagar más por un transporte privado.

Cons:

No se puede llevar comidas ni bebidas de afuera, pero igualmente eso no limita el consumo porque te ofrecen variedad de cosas para comprar a un precio razonable.
En general todo estuvo muy bien, nada más negativo que pueda mencionar.

Un lugar paradisiaco! Hermoso sitio para alejarse de la ciudad y disfrutar paz y tranquilidad rodeado de naturaleza pura y espectacular vista a la represa..la amabilidad de Claudia como anfitriona , el excelente servicio de Daniel y la deliciosa comida que prepara Rosa hacen que la estadía sea mas grata aun.. 100% recomendable y esperamos regresar algun dia no muy lejano para repetir esa linda experiencia

There was a power outrage and even thought they knew of the outrage they still wouldn’t turn on their generator unless asked to do it…: their excuse was that it was too expensive to turn it on …. My reply was that my stay there wasn’t cheap either I was expecting what I paid for

Pros:

Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La struttura si trova in una bellissima posizione, molto tranquilla e immersa nel verde. Il cibo è ottimo e il trasporto in barca molto suggestivo.

Es un sitio muy hermoso. Es para volver y quedarse por varios días de descanso y relajación.
Pros:

Quedamos muy satisfechos y con deseos de volver. Gracias a Claudia, Gio, Daniel y demás personal de su equipo de trabajo por el servicio y por tan excelente atención. Pietrasanta es un sitio hermoso que permite el disfrute y el descanso.

Séjour ressourçant et relaxant
Pros:

Emplacement au calme, très relaxant. Les bungalows sont confortables et la vue est magique. la petite heure de bateau pour arriver jusqu'à l'hotel donne l'impression d'être au bout du monde

Cons:

Vu qu'il n'y a pas de restaurants aux alentours, j'aurai préféré connaître les tarifs de la pension complète à la réservation.

Buen hotel
Pros:

El personal muy amable y la comida deliciosa. Es un lugar para descansar pues no se puede salir del hotel una vez se llega hasta que sales ya que solo hay acceso por la represa.

Cons:

Es importante revisar las escalas de acceso a las cabañas pues son muy lisas.
