Please note that guests must take a boat to get to the hotel. Boat transportation is included and it operates from 15:00 (pier to the hotel) to 16:00 (from the hotel to the pier). Any other transportation out of the schedule, is not included.

Beautiful and quaint
Hammock seemed dirty and spider webs everywhere. Deck furniture was also not clean and neither were the floors. Kind of makes you not want to open the doors and sit outside which is a big part of the attraction
La ubicación del lugar es muy buena. El hotel tiene un potencial enorme por la tranquilidad y el silencio que se logran en el espacio que tienen.
Hubo 4 temas particulares que no me agradaron. Debido a que el traslado desde la Marina Navegar es coordinado en conjunto con los demás usuarios que van a hospedarse, el check in de todos se hace al tiempo, lo que genera excesivo tiempo de espera en el lugar, considerando estas condiciones de entrada, deberían buscarse alternativas para agilizar el ingreso de los usuarios que llegan al hotel. Nosotros estuvimos en la Marina Navegar a las 3pm, hora en la que nos informaron debíamos estar y cumpliendo con el itinerio propuesto pudimos instalarnos en la habitación con el check in ya realizado , pasadas las 5:30 pm . Las cabañas tienen un problema de registro entre ellas y con las zonas comunes del lugar, esto es algo que debería resolverse. Al interior de la cabaña, el baño presentaba malos olores, además de que la calefacción de la ducha nunca funcionó. Tuvimos inconvenientes con el servicio de restaurante, por falta de comunicación, hubo uno de los días en los que nos informaron que no habíamos reservado almuerzo, por lo que revisarían en cocina si nos podrían ofertar algo de la carta, asumimos el error e hicimos el pedido, sin embargo el tiempo de espera de preparación de la comida fue excesivo (1 hora) , sin cumplir además con las expectativas de relación precio-calidad.
Me gustaron las actividades que tiene el hotel: nadar en el lago, juegos de mesa, hidromasajeadora, kayak y senderismo. Las diferentes formas de llegar también es un plus.

Loved the views from the overwater bungalow. The reservoir was also very quiet and the staff were super helpful. There were also boardgames and a ping pong table and a sauna and jacuzzi available. Definitely a nice location to disconnect.
Not so much that I didn't like this but moreso for people to know not to expect AC in the bungalow or a smart tv. It's like a glamping experience which my bf and I enjoyed.

man sollte vor dem buchen wissen, dass man gratis um 16 uhr im hafen geholt wird und um 15uhr zurückgebracht wird. mit dem auto sind die letzten 3km nur mit geländewagen machbar. auto oben stehen lassen, allerdings zahlt man dann für den transport für eine strecke 50.000cop - unlogisch.

Dormir sobre el lago es una experiencia y las actividades que ofrece el hotel de manera gratuita (kayak y ruta “ecológica”) son una maravilla. La cena fue sencilla y con pocas opciones, pero estaba todo bueno.
Decidimos ir en carro y fue una experiencia aterradora, las indicaciones dadas por el hotel fueron insuficientes y nos encontramos un cartel en el camino que marcaba en otra dirección. Nos perdimos y el hotel no se preocupó y cuando les dijimos que el cartel había sido manipulado no se molestaron lo más mínimo. Es recomendable acceder al hotel con el bote. En booking no avisan que únicamente se puede pagar en efectivo.
Heerlijk weg van de drukte bij guatape, want daar wil je niet zitten. Je wordt opgehaald met de boot en komt aan op n prachtig afgelegen plek. Heerlijke jacuzzi’s, zwemmen is zalig, we hadden jetski gehuurd. Deze plek is echt n aanrader. Boot om 16u heen en gaat volgende dag om 15u weer terug, is inbegrepen.
