Cons:

Me dieron una habitación donde el aire no funcionaba, u a habitación poco cómoda con mucho ruido, los filtros del aire estaban demasiado sucios. Me debieron cambiar de habitación. El televisor muy viejo, la puerta del baño no cerraba, falta de mantenimiento y para completar, me apagaron los breaker, lo que me dejo sin energía la habitación

Una experiencia desagradable y nada recomendable
Cons:

La piscina siempre estaba sucia, con los bordes verdes y nunca la limpiaban; el jacuzzi de la piscina no funciona. El internet es pésimo, no se conecta en las habitaciones, y los televisores son viejos y no sirven. Lo más grave fue recibir una habitación con una cama orinada de huéspedes anteriores, situación que reporté a Booking y a mi banco (ya que cuento con seguro). Nadie ofreció disculpas ni soluciones reales.

Consejo para futuros huéspedes:
Tomen siempre fotos y evidencias de lo que les suceda en este alojamiento y repórtenlo de inmediato, porque claramente no saben de servicio al cliente ni de hospitalidad.

It is no a place for rest, to much noise
Pros:

The physical facilities such as the pool, Turkish bath, reception, room are fine.
Staff excellent

Cons:

There is no house Kipping service, 4 days with the same 2 towels. Each guest can play their own music loudly in addition to the hotel’s music. There is no coffee for breakfast, only instant coffee

La entrega de la habitación poco antes de las 3:00 pm.

Cons:

Algunos de los colaboradores del hotel son poco atentos u olvidadizos, pues se les solicita alguna bebida del bar y no la llevan o la llevan como no es. Por ejemplo, cervezas sin hielo cuando se les ordenó o averiguar si hay piña colada y no comparten la respuesta.

Por otra parte, la hostería debe prepararse bien para las temporadas altas, para las altas ocupaciones en fines de semana, ya que si no hay ingredientes para x cóctel, deben procurar por solucionar y conseguirlo.

Un lugar excepcional en todos los sentidos. Las instalaciones son impecables, la atención del personal es cálida y profesional, y la comida, simplemente deliciosa. NOT WORTH THE MONEY HORRIBLE RIPP OFF

not worth the money very average accomodations, roach infested rooms. useless bathroom jacuzzi was installed up against the toilette making the toilette useless. hundreds of pesos in hidden charges was charged for 5 glasses of ice. who does that????????way overpriced for the conditions at the hotel.. rotting fruit everywhere even in the pool...worst masseuse I have ever had..DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL..GET BETTER MEALS AT A TRUCK STOP,,,VERY BAD FOOD
