Gostei muito do atendimento na recepção do hotel, principalmente da funcionária Bruna, que foi super simpática e super empática durante meu check-in!
Vale contar também que ocorreu um incidente no café da manhã, meu filho derrubou um pratinho, e um rapaz que estava ajustando a máquina de café prontamente se prontificou a ajudar.
Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar no hotel, pois os funcionários são maravilhosos.

Cons:

Creio que seja ideal melhorar as técnicas de limpeza do chão do quarto, pois o piso estava grudento e em algumas partes um pouco escorregadio, como se tivessem jogado muito produto, mas compreendo tbm que possa ser uso de produtos impróprios para o tipo de piso, pois aqui em casa temos o mesmo piso e quando usa desinfetante impróprio, ele fica da forma que estava. E também acho que falta ofertar toucas de banho, é algo simples, mas que é ótimo para quem usa chapinha/secador nos cabelos.
