Pros:

O quarto é muito confortável. Ar condicionado com várias opções de temperatura (eu sou muito sensível a variações de calor). Quarto e banheiro limpos dia sim e dia não. Roupas de cama confortáveis. Dormi muito bem durante minha estadia. Internet funcionava bem e o pessoal da recepção era muito prestativo

Cons:

Somente o café da manhã eu achei muito repetitivo/básico. Fiquei uma semana e achei com pouca variação.

O ambiente do Ibis, o tamanho família do quarto e a limpeza são pontos principais.

Cons:

O atendimento da recepção demorou, tinha apenas 1 pessoa na recepção, sendo que havia jogo do Inter nesse dia, então havia bastante movimento, o atendente não explicou que precisava do cartão para subir o elevador, não custava falar. No quarto para 4 pessoas não havia toalha de rosto e tinha 3 de banho, ao solicitar questionaram se realmente não tinha e entregaram uma toalha de banho bem velha. O valor bem alto mesmo para 4 pessoas.
