Pros:

De ligging van het hotel is goed. De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. De douche is goed.

Cons:

Erg gehorige kamers, je kon in je kamer gesprekken van mensen horen die in andere kamers zaten, of in het restaurant.

De bar was niet open, toen we daar gingen kijken werden we weggestuurd.

In het restaurant was de helft van de kaart niet beschikbaar. En drongen ze aan op het buffet.

Het eten wat je wel van de kaart kon bestellen, in ons geval een pizza en een kipburger duurde meer van 45 minuten om klaar te maken terwijl wij op dat moment de enige in het restaurant waren.

Ontbijt zat er niet bij en moet je kopen voor 8 dollar per persoon. Dit was ook niet heel bijzonder

Wij hebben uiteindelijk 1 nacht van de 2 kunnen cancelen. En zaten daarna in een 5 sterren hotel, goedkoper, incl ontbijt, zwembad, spa en een betere ligging.

Overall, we loved the surroundings and centrally located property.
Pros:

The staff especially ‘Dinesh’ was really good in understanding and delivering the things asked for. He was the one who knew English 👍👍

Cons:

Everything was good! Would expect the food for vegetarian people like us which not knowing was there!

Not quite seventh heaven!
Pros:

Staff were helpful when the first roon we had smelt of mould. Moved us to a room that was better.

Cons:

First room had a musty smell and there was no hot water in the second room. It took them an hour and a number of visits to reception before it was sorted.

Pros:

Good spot for a night on the way— simple and clean, with lovely warm service. Probably a bit overpriced but a solid, good option. Food was delicious as well and they accommodated all of our needs.

Perfect find
Pros:

Everything about this stay was great, the comfort of the hotel, the warm hospitality of the staffs and the food was most delicious. In short, a great stay with complete satisfaction.

the manager wasn't very nice
Pros:

the location was amazing

Cons:

They charged us for playing pool, but told us when we where already playing. The man in the yellow polo shirt, we think he was the manager, wasn't very friendly and made it feel like he wanted us to leave. So we cut the evening short. We were the only ones in the hotel so you would expect that they would want us to stay as long as possible. Breakfast, the same manager took our order and forgot half of the order and the food was cold. The rest of the staff was friendly.
