Staff were helpful when the first roon we had smelt of mould. Moved us to a room that was better.
First room had a musty smell and there was no hot water in the second room. It took them an hour and a number of visits to reception before it was sorted.
Friendly staff and a lovely welcome. Room was comfy and a good size. Good views.
Menu was very limited and extremely expensive.

Good spot for a night on the way— simple and clean, with lovely warm service. Probably a bit overpriced but a solid, good option. Food was delicious as well and they accommodated all of our needs.
Everything about this stay was great, the comfort of the hotel, the warm hospitality of the staffs and the food was most delicious. In short, a great stay with complete satisfaction.

the location was amazing
They charged us for playing pool, but told us when we where already playing. The man in the yellow polo shirt, we think he was the manager, wasn't very friendly and made it feel like he wanted us to leave. So we cut the evening short. We were the only ones in the hotel so you would expect that they would want us to stay as long as possible. Breakfast, the same manager took our order and forgot half of the order and the food was cold. The rest of the staff was friendly.

We had a leakage in our room from roof. It would be nice if you fix it.

For this price , we can book 5 star hotel with super food. Very expensive and food is not good !
Location was quite and scenic.
Pub facilities were available, but we did it use it.
Everything was good with the exception of hot water, which took a while to reach the shower.

The room was good. The view was fantastic. Nice, cozy ambience. The hospitality and warmth of the staff was very good and reflected the warm hospitality of Sri Lanka.
The bed could have been a bit more comfortable. The breakfast at a point was monotonous. A bit more variation would enhance the morning breakfast time.
