Real lack of customer service except one member of staff - avoid
Pros:

The lady at reception was nice thank you

Cons:

A very dated hotel, old towels, broken things in bedrooms like broken fan. Some exemceptionally rude staff. One place I never hope to visit again

Pros:

L'emplacement proche de la medina, le rooftop avec sa vue et sa piscine. Cet hôtel est très bien
pour ceux qui veulent profiter du vieux hammamet. Bon rapport qualité/prix

Cons:

Le repas et le petit déjeuner de qualité moyenne. Les literies trop fermes.
Si vous recherchez de l'espace et un buffet varié et de qualité ce n'est pas le bon hotel.

Pros:

La chambre est propre,la plage est calme et propre le personnel de la plage "Ramzi et son collègue" très accueillants et présents pour les clients,la réception était à l'écoute (leila) bachir et la gouvernante des chambres Siham je crois je vous remercie énormément.

Cons:

J'ai pas apprécié la nourriture manque de goût et le buffet n'était pas très diversifié,la vaisselle n'était pas très propre j'espère vous améliorer ce service, l'animation pas très top .

La accueille et la restauration ne mérite la facture payer
Cons:

L’accueil du personnel à la réception, à la restauration, il faut toujours demander pour remplir avec petits quantités pour le self service et des fois rupture de stock ça devient pénible chaque soir la même chose .
