Hammamet due giorni
Pros:

Camera ampia e con a/c centralizzata, ambienti sempre freschi e puliti. Bel terrazzo al terzo piano con piscina e bar. La spiaggia dell’hotel mette a disposizione lettino e ombrellone gratuitamente.

Cons:

L’unica cosa che non ho gradito sono state le richieste pressanti di mettere recensioni positive. Non c’è bisogno.

En arrivant nous avons trouvé la chambre que nous avons réservé très sale avec une mauvaise odeur, impossible d'y rester pour une minute, on a compris après que c'était fait exprès pour nous proposer une autre chambre avec un prix plus élevé, chose que nous avons refusé.

Bellissima struttura ma con dei "nei"
Pros:

L'hotel è grande, in pieno centro, con accesso diretto al mare (lettini inclusi!) ed è pieno di servizi: animazione e mini club per i bambini, piscina sulla terrazza, bar/ristorante sia in piscina che al piano terra.
Le stanze sono grandi e accoglienti: la nostra aveva una zona bagni e servizi (frigorifero, bollitore), una zona notte separata con porta e una zona soggiorno con divanetti e tavolo.
Alcune persone dello staff sono gentili e disponibili, in particolare le signore delle pulizie sono gentili e attente.
La struttura è pulita.
Il ristorante dell'hotel è buono e conveniente: offrono un ampio buffet sia a colazione che a cena.

Cons:

Abbiamo dovuto richiedere gli asciugamani due volte in reception, invano: per averli abbiamo alla fine dovuto intercettare una signora delle pulizie tra i corridoi.
Abbiamo chiesto se fosse possibile prolungare il nostro soggiorno di una notte allo stesso prezzo e ci è stato detto velocemente di sì e che bastava passare l'indomani mattina in reception: al momento di pagare, però, ci è stato detto un prezzo maggiorato, perché la stanza che avevano disponibile quel giorno era una stanza di un prezzo superiore. Lo staff della reception è stato evidentemente poco chiaro e sbrigativo quando abbiamo chiesto informazioni, quindi poco professionale e superficiale.
Infine, al momento del checkout, una persona dello staff ci ha praticamente braccati per "estorcerci" un 10 nella recensione, facendomi letteralmente prendere il telefono in mano e insistendo molto affinché io la facessi lì sul momento davanti a lei, menzionando anche il suo nome.

Pour le prix pourquoi pas
Pros:

L’emplacement proche de la Medina, restaurants ect..

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre, l’humidité +++.
Il y a une télé sans télécommande.
2 prises dans toute la chambre (celle de la télévision+ une dans la salle de bain).
Des serviettes de bain déchirées et elles avaient l’air vraiment pas propre.
Une des femmes a l’accueil a été très insistante pour que je laisse une bonne note à établissement.

Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
Pros:

Erst einmal ein großes Lob an Leila. Sie war wirklich die beste Hotelmitarbeiterin, die wir je erlebt haben. Immer mit einem Lächeln, unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr bemüht, uns so viel wie möglich entgegenzukommen.

Wir waren als große Mehrgenerationenfamilie dort, und sie hat es tatsächlich geschafft, dass sich jeder wohlgefühlt hat und zufrieden war. Die Bungalows hatten Zugang zum Garten.

Der Rooftop-Pool bietet tolle Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen und hat meiner Meinung nach eine der besten Aussichten über Hammamet.

Auch der Bereich am Strand ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bestens für die Hotelgäste vorbereitet.

Die Lage ist perfekt, mitten in der Innenstadt von Hammamet. Rundherum ist viel los und fast alles ist zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben unser Auto während des Aufenthalts kaum benutzt.
