Ottimo hotel personale gentilissimo e pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta.
Ringrazio di cuore la Direttrice della struttura che personalmente si è interessata su come stesse andando la mia permanenza.

Very happy with the value for money on the Hampton by Hilton in Ufa. Clean room with firm bed and very comfortable pillows.

Хороший номер, хороший завтрак, удобное расположение, чтобы добраться в аэропорт или на грохочущем трамвае в центр города или на колесо обозрения.

Отличный вариант для деловой поездки, можно включить в счет ужин, завтрак уже включен, кормят вкусно.
В номере есть все необходимое, убираются каждый день, персонал отзывчивый.
Вообщем все круто, кроме двух вещей:
Месторасположение, вроде и недалеко от центра, но после 20 превращается в глушь.
Отдельная плата за высокоскоростной вай-фай, в Европе это может и прокатит, но у нас впервые встречаю) для такой сети это уже скупердяйство)

This is a good affordable hotel. All the staff were warm and the breakfast is included. I found it to be tasty. My room was cozy and had all the necessities. Wifi was free and I had complimentary snacks and water as a gold member. Top notch stay for me.

Well, good choice for short stay, location is perfect, clean rooms, quiet, WiFi.

What disappointed me a lot- it was breakfast: small choice, empty tank, cold dishes... Coffee machine is terrible - you see a transparent tank on top with coffee beam inside, but it is not for coffee making) It is to make you think that coffee is made from beans. In fact is made from cheap Nescafe powder, taste like ugh(.

Nice placement and room. Late restourant could be better. The serviceman doesn't know staff around the menu. Moreover the dishes used to be much more delicious - its not that good now. The rooms and the rest are pritty good!

Вполне приличный отель. Все на высшем уровне, разве завтрак немного скудноват, но в целом хорошо!

The Hampton by Hilton is reasonably close to the centre of Ufa, and is good value. Our room provided us with space and good sleep quality, reception staff were helpful whenever we needed them and our 3 night stay here was comfortable.

Хороший отель (был 7 раз). Удобные кровати, тихие доводчики на дверях, почти никого не слышно.
Хороший wi fi, в целом отель и его расположение лично мне очень понравилось.
Завтрак очень средний, ничего не особенного, но не плохо.
Из минусов
1) Ужины ужасны, брать точно не стоит. В одном из приездов заказал стандартный ужин, принесли суп и картошку, подогретую в микроволновке, на мой вопрос, а зачем суп на ужин, мне ответили, «Не я решаю, чем вас кормить». После такого ответа желание есть что-то вечером в отеле пропало. Благо вокруг много всего.
2) Один раз аннулировали бронь. После очередного проживания, при выезде забронировал новое - лично на ресепшене, по приезду оказалось, что у них овербукинг и моя бронь аннулирована. При этом мне не предоставили ни такси в другой отель, да и вообще не извинились. Вывод, приезжая в данный отель, всегда бронируйте через агрегаторы, не надо звонить или подходить на ресепшен.
Отель на твёрдую 4-ку.

Near to central market, regular bus schedule, excellent buffet breakfast, good seating in lobby area, rooms were in new condition.

The hotel is new and is located centrally in Ufa with an easy cab or bus ride to wherever you need to go. It is rather overpriced for Ufa and you can find a cheaper accommodation, but here you'll have some basic quality bottom line. Breakfast is very Russian and much better than in any Hampton Inns I've stayed at. For ten nights at the hotel I wasn't bored with the selection. The gym is a letdown. The treadmill has a recurring error and I had to switch it off and on to make it work. No plastic cups to use with the water bottle, so make sure to bring your own bottle to fill. No one cares about the gym, but hey, it's Russia. the shower head could use a more powerful flow. Service was excellent.

Достойный отель, чисто, уборка ежедневная, удобная кровать и подушки, в номере чайник с чайным набором, который каждый день пополняли. По запросу бесплатно предоставляют холодильник.
Удивило, что халат и зубной набор (щетка/паста) не предоставляются. Только за деньги. Хотя во всех отелях 4* это всегда предоставляют бесплатно.
В целом хороший отель. Дружелюбный персонал.

Не первый раз тут. Нравятся номера и завтраки.

I would like to hear comments of the administration - why the person on the reception desk named Artem (or similar) was making a customer (me in this situation) to wait, till he spends time on other 2 guests who came AFTER me, and didn't apologize for that? What is the principle for him to choose, whom he helps first, if not the queue? the funniest point was that he was making me silently go to my room, and didn't provide phone number to complain. Just gave the general line of the hotel. Disgusting.
