This is not a good hotel
Pros:

Nothing we actually left & booked another property

Cons:

This property looks nothing like the pictures on booking.com & the room was disgusting & uninhabitable. The carpet was threadbare, the kitchen was so old & tired chips in the countertop & a hole with peeling paint in the wall, the bathroom needed a deep clean & had linoleum on the floor of the shower & it was peeling up, the bedding was ripped & had holes in it & the drapes were covered in stains some of them red like it could be blood. We asked for a new room & were told no & when we said we were leaving the front desk acknowledged everything we said about the room as being true.

Wonderful
Pros:

The location was exceptional close to transport and shopping. Restaurants nearby and great access.

Was a little noisy but a central location is busy.

立地の良さだけ
Pros:

スーパーマーケットが近く、バス停もホテルの前にあり、立地は良い。

Cons:

キッチン付きとあるが、調理器具は何も無い。皿もスプーンも無く、紙コップが１個あるだけ。食卓が無く、ベランダの小テーブルも無いから、部屋でコーヒーを飲む事ができない。洗面所は用途不明なスペースが場所を占めている。シャワールームは狭く、シャワーは固定式で、非常に使いづらい。近隣のレストランからの土曜日の夜のみ１２時までの大音量の騒音が聞こえ、寝ることができない。

Ok room for an ok price
Pros:

Close to Waikiki, decent enough price, room was clean.

Cons:

There was an added fee at the hotel, I use booking.com to avoid that. It could use an upgrade.

Disappointing stay for a family
Pros:

Location was close to good food places.

Cons:

I had booked this hotel because it offered a room with 3 beds, 1king and 2 twins. They gave me a room with 2 doubles and sofa bed. These rooms are ideally lower priced than 3 beds ones. They just say subject to availability. Rooms look nowhere clean as seen in pictures, bathrooms, sofa and floor are dingy. Also the beds have bugs.
