The beds were not that uncomfortable

Cons:

We never got pool/beach towels. They were all being used or washed at all times. By the second day we just bought our own beach towels. When our room was "ready" we had only one wash cloth. No bath towels, no hand towels. The carpet also looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in atleast 2 weeks. There was sand and dirt and the paint peeling off the walls and ceiling onto the floor. We called down to reception twice, around 5-6pm, to fix the towel situation and it still took them half an hour to bring up towels so we could shower. Our room was supposed to be "refreshed" on our third day. When we came back around 6pm, our room had not been touched. The trash can was still full, no new towels, no soap. We will not be staying here again.

The views and the 2 beds in the room with 2 balconieson the 15 th floor spectacular.

Cons:

The show was not getting hot water , the balcony locks are damaged also little things other than that it was extremely well.
