Only need one night, then it is manageable.
Pros:

The location is great, near International Marketplace and Royal Hawaiian Center.

Cons:

Extremely dated and not well-maintained. One of two elevators working for 16 floors, halls were stinky, room smelled worse, bathroom dirty with moldy tiles, paint peeling, and a carpet maybe 10 years past needing to be replaced. Internet didn't connect and only two towels in a room for 5 people. Charged me twice for parking and added a $30 amenities fee on top of the $30 resort fee.

Great Location and staff, but overpriced and outdated.
Pros:

It’s conveniently located close to a lot of good shopping complexes and restaurants. Staff were amazing.

Cons:

It’s horribly outdated. Not the best time to stay with one elevator not operating. Takes forever to move about the hotel. There are a lot of small things that can be done to improve the stay but attention to detail isn’t the owners strong suit. A bit overpriced for the quality of rooms. I really hope they renovate this place. It has potential for a higher star rating.
