Like that the room was bigger .

Cons:

The window kept banging all night , could barely sleep . Then your parking guys hit something and scratched TF out of my car . I have the police report and we plan to press charges . Nobody came and said anything to us about him hitting something in the car nothing we found out when they brought the car back up .

It was a comfortable, safe, and pleasant place to spend the night.
Pros:

Loved the room, the beds, the coffee maker.

Cons:

Shower floor was slimy. The carpet was wet by the sink. No water cups or bucket of ice.

Comfortable and some what disappointing
Pros:

STAFF is really cool. Having a kitchen in our room helped us save a lot of money. Pool is nice size and deep. We really do love staying here.

Cons:

GET RID OF THAT STRONG PERFUME SMELL IN THE LOBBY PLEASE. Have all 2 elevators working. Especially during the Waikiki Regatta. Have working AC cause our room had no AC whatsoever. Get rid of the smells of pee in the hall ways and make rooms for 2 full beds bigger.

The parking could have been better we had to park in another hotel/ condominium lot. The rooms need to be upgraded and cleaned better there was dust on the couch n pull out bed the pantry smelled strange wen I opened it n they gave us coupons for snack pack but didn’t communicate that we needed to pick it up before a certain time

Pros:

I liked the location of the hotel. It was relatively close to the beach, and there were also plenty of shops and cafés nearby.

Cons:

I was disappointed with the housekeeping service during my stay. The room was not cleaned properly. Sometimes the staff didn’t vacuum the room, even though vacuuming and mopping should be part of the regular cleaning service. They were also supposed to change the bed linens and towels, refill the shampoo and soap, and empty the trash.

I constantly had to remind the staff to replace our towels. We were a family of three, but they regularly forgot to leave a third towel, so I had to go to the front desk several times to ask for one.

Another issue was the beach towels. Every time I asked for one at the front desk, they were out of stock. One day we came very early in the morning, and there were still no beach towels available.

If the hotel improved its housekeeping standards and staff organization, it would be a much more comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is also in need of renovation. The interior feels very outdated, and it looks like it should have been renovated at least 5–10 years ago.

This establishment was disgusting and we had no choice but to find alternative accommodation at great expense.

Cons:

Room was outdated with wallpaper peeling off, beds were disgusting to a point where my wife and I slept in our clothes we we wearing when we arrived late at night. Shower and toilet area was old and unkept, carpets were dirty, kitchenette had cocaroch crawling on the stove and sliding door to clothes cupboard would not move to be closed. This establishment does not deserve to be rated 1 star let alone 3 stars as put up on Booking.com.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable. The valet staff were friendly and very helpful, not bothered by any questions we had.

Cons:

Underneath the mattress was dirty. There was a foul smell as soon as we entered the room. Ended up finding some nasty liquid leaking out of the refrigerator. Dirty stove top. Other guests were yelling, even cussing each other out until nearly 3 a. m.
