Cons:

Our room 384 blowdryer is not blowing hot hair. Tried to ask front desk but they dont have spare. Our carpet looks old too
My Room Versus my other family room 386 is same standard room but they have newer shower looking/ tiles/ a working blowdryer- Newer cleaner carpet. However staff is always accomodating when you have any request.

Their laundry went up from $2.50 to $3.00 both washer and dryer. And they run out of beach towels and white towles during our stay- given the fact the weather is not good and the 3rd party company doing their towels did not / cannot deliver due to stormy weather/ some power outage- understandable.

That you needed to put on both the shower and sinks hot water for 20 minutes in order to get warm water. And also the water pressure needs lots of work

なんちゃってバケーション
Pros:

ロケーションはとっても良かった。ほぼほぼワイキキの真ん中。値段も他と比べればお得感がある。

Cons:

パーキングが自由に使えなかった。係の人に車と鍵を渡さなきゃいけなくなっていた。前は自由だったのに。使用するときも自分の駐車券を渡してから車を持って来てくれる。忙しいとずいぶん待たされるし、なんか一度ホテルに帰ってからまたどこかに行きたいとき係の人に悪い気がして出し入れが気まずくなってしまった。

立地が最高でした
Pros:

予約時にカードで一泊分支払ったが、現地では満額支払ったため、余分に支払った状況だった。宿泊後メールで問い合わせたところ、丁寧に対応してもらい返金を受けることができた。顧客対応に満足しています。

Our recent stay-cation at the Ohia Waikiki.
Pros:

Loooooved the location, pricing , and quick availability. Me & a friend were able to truly enjoy a couple nights here on island. Mahalo again to all the staff & crew at the Ohia Waikiki. 💖

Everytime I check in there is always something wrong. I never complain or anything but I say the survey on the booking

Convenient but Very Mediocre
Pros:

Most of Honolulu seems dated but this hotel was especially dated in look, feel and amenities. Staff were not very friendly. Hotel charged a $35/night resort fee on top of the $200+ a night rate but we did not receive amenities. Room was much smaller than the picture and not very clean, especially the bathroom. WiFi was slower than LTE cell service. Kichenette was a joke - no microwave but also no cookware or glassware for the ancient rusty electric stove (we asked for a kettle but they had none). No housekeeping during our stay and were out of towels when we asked. Best part of the hotel is the bar in the lobby that has $6 mai tais at happy hour. Hotel was very convenient to everything ($3 bus to the airport stops right in front) so if you're not planning on being in the room at all during your stay this could work. Otherwise look elsewhere.

Great location but old and run down
Pros:

The location for this hotel is excellent. It’s next to many local eateries, nightlife, target is down the way, and the beach is approximately a seven minute walk from the hotel. You are also near a shopping area where target is located and on actual Waikiki Beach, there is more shopping and dining that is easily accessible by walking. A car is not needed. The only time we had to use a right chair was to go down to the marina for a tour that was a $10 ride to the marina. Overall, the amenities in the hotel, there was a small refrigerator, a stove, a Keurig machine, a safe, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board or also available. The cleanliness of the room did not meet our expectation. It’s extremely rundown, dirty sheets dirty carpet walls are dirty, broken cabinets. The staff was great in getting things that we needed extra towels taking our luggage to store for a later flight that we had, the staff was excellent and friendly to us.
