The blind in the window was not light filtering so outside lights shone thru Road noise was obvious but being the off season not annoying. Heater had no grill on it so no control of the flow of air.

Gorgeous lobby and common area, very clean room

Cons:

Despite asking for quiet, was put in the room directly adjacent to the lobby and staff room. Road noise was insane on weekdays, despite the ear plugs and white noise maker.

I would not recommend this hotel!
Pros:

AC wasn’t working, We asked for help. staff attempted to get it working but couldn’t. We asked for help again and were told they were sorry but they had tried and couldn’t fix it. We had to open windows to cool it down. When we checked out I complained again and was told it was unfortunate that I couldn’t operate it correctly. How rude! Very unhappy with treatment.
It was very noisy with people opening and closing doors along the hallway. Bad design.

This is a beautiful, convenient place to stay.
Pros:

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They even let us know that we would be able to see the Northern Lights and where to go to see them. That's out of the way service!

It was incredible and felt like coming home after a long day.
Pros:

The room was wonderful! The room was so spacious we loved the ease that we could move around the room with 3 adults and luggage. I also loved all the counter space provided in the room made it so much easier to lay things out. I also really loved the spacious shower!

Cons:

I liked the idea of no carpet however that does help absorb some of the noise around you. However this would not deter me from suggesting this hotel to others.

Pros:

Clean, modern, minimal. Great floors

Cons:

ROAD NOISE!! It’s was on top of the main thoroughfare and so loud. No way to have windows open at any time and still very loud with window closed. Perhaps the back would be better, but even when requested, they didn’t have available
