Very good
Pros:

Nice hotel and good service. Food at the restaurant was simple but great. Room was large, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

Shuttle works very well but drivers expect tip and drive pretty wild. Kiosk was lacking variety and quite empty.

This was not worth the cost.
Pros:

It is convenient to the airport. The staff was friendly and competent.

Cons:

The price was outrageous for quality of the rooms. I stayed at top Best Western hotels that were equal or superior for one third the price.

Abbreviated dinner/breakfast menus. Seems the rate went wA LOT since the last time we were there.

Cons:

Some staff might need a refresher in the customer service area. A smile goes a long way. I felt like we were doing them a favor by staying there.

Pros:

Clean and comfortable with ready shuttle to and from Logan airport

Cons:

It was a little further from the airport than i expected but only by a few minutes. And the ride on the shuttle was extremely bumpy (more of a MA road maintenance issue than the hotel) but the driver could have taken it easier. He drove too fast for the road conditions.
The bar had no decor and felt sterile.
