Clean and Close to airport

Cons:

Called front desk to ask about shuttle services and woman at the desk gave wrong directions for airport shuttle pick up. I was in 18 degrees outside so I stood inside the building and the shuttle bus had left , initially I gave my number to the woman at front desk assuming they’d give me a call that the shuttle had arrived. They never called me and I had to uber to the hotel in frustration.
