Very unfriendly and annoyed looking staff
Pros:

The location was ideal as it's very close to the airport and walking distance from the beach, with good transportation options by bus and train easily available.

Cons:

The staff are all quite old, unfriendly and looked annoyed always, especially the restaurant staff. the facilities including gym and pool were all also cordoned off and not accessible.

Pros:

Clean, great service, printer in lobby! Had a quick stay over for a passport emergency and it was a super comfortable and clean hotel.

The shuttle service pick up from the airport worked very well. Check in at the hotel was swift and efficient. The room was spacious and comfortable

Room was clean and roomy.

Cons:

Carpet in the hallway was very worn and dingy. Food in the restaurant was just okay. Had the brisket grilled cheese and the brisket was 3/4 fat. Took the meat off and the grilled cheese was good.

Ruime kamer, voldoende handdoeken beschikbaar en prima bed. Uitstekend ontbijt redelijk geprijsd

Cons:

De koelkast maakt lawaai en kan alleen worden uitgeschakeld door het verplaatsen van de kast waarin de koelkast staat om bij de stekker te komen.

Convenient if you have an early morning flight, but far from the nicest hotel in Boston and kind of expensive.
Pros:

Great location, close to the airport.

Cons:

It's understaffed, so check-in took a while, and they weren't super responsive. It's not particularly clean, but most of all, it's just really expensive.
