Great stay and superb access to mutteralm ski
Pros:

Staff were very friendly. The location was excellent for the mutteralm ski resort. Easy access to the tram to get into the city. My room was spacious and had a great view of the mountains.

Cons:

I didn't use the pool as it was not warm enough. The town was quiet in the evenings and I used 1 local restaurant. Other restaurants were further to walk. However I had a great stay.

Pros:

Gute Lage alles was man braucht in der Reichweite zu Fuss.
Skilift 600 m entfernt Mutterer Bergbahnen lässiges kleines Skigebiet im Sommer Bikepark.
Gratis Parkplätze zur verfügung.

Gibt es nichts :-)

Friendly, cozy, perfect location!
Pros:

This was a very cozy and welcoming place to stay for our short ski break. It is family-run, and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. They helped with reservations for dinner, and explained everything well upon check-in. It was very clean and had an alpine charm. The breakfast had lots of options. I had a single room and it was spacious and comfortable. The views from the hotel back down upon Innsbruck and the mountains are gorgeous. This place is perfect if you cannot decide if you would like an urban experience or an Austrian village charm experience! The hotel is part of the Welcome Card program if you stay 3 nights all the transport and more is covered free. The Stubaitalbahn tram is just 1-2 minutes walk away from the hotel- taking you to central Innsbruck every 30 minutes, or the other way on a gorgeous winding mountain ride up to the Stubai Valley hourly. We used the tram to go into Innsbruck Old Town, and to ski in Fulpmes/Schlick 2000. There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel taking you to the local ski hill Muttereralm in 3 minutes (or you can walk uphill) The bust to Axamer Lizum ski area was easy- 5 minutes down the road to get there, but stopping right outside the hotel on the way back!!!! The hotel has all the bus and tram timetables and maps, along with local restaurants on display on the lobby. We loved this place!

Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful and kind. They helped with reservations for dinner locally, and have recommended restaurants and all the local transport timetables posted in the lobby. The hotel is very cozy and has a lounge with beverages and snacks to pay for. A nice breakfast was included in ours. This is a fabulous location to access both the urban centre of Innsbruck and the Stubai Valley because it is only 1 minute walk the scenic Stubaitalbahn mountain team that takes you to the city or the Stubai Valley (we used it to ski Schlick 2000) There is also a bus stop right outside the hotel returning from Axamer Lizum ski hill bus 413 and to take you up to the base of Muttereralm ski area with bus 414 (also walkable but a hill). We highly recommend this family run hotel.
