Location, very clean, comfortable.
Noisy Air Conditioning , had to have it on but fan was super loud, enough to wake you up!
Some noise from corridor, kids running up and down the long corridors also guests arriving or departing at 3AM, you clearly heard them talking and doors slamming!
Breakfast was amazing and staff was exceptional
Everything was great except for the time we checked in. The front desk lady did not offer us a complimentary water bottles.

My wife and I stayed here for a quick little get away weekend. We stay at a fair number of hotels in a given year, but this was perhaps, unfortunately, one of the most consistently disappointing I've stayed in.
I knew the property was on a bit older but walking in the lobby things looked just fine. It's been updated, has the standard Hampton Inn shop, so so far so good.
I did find check in a bit odd (I checked in online, selected a room) but when I got to the hotel I couldn't get an electronic room key till I checked in at the desk. I've stayed at a number of Hilton hotels in the Orlando area and never had this happen and also had to pay for parking. Again, not something typically the case in Orlando. It was just odd. Also somewhat annoying I wasn't thanked for being a Diamond member. I realize thats pretty silly, but its a nice touch and I appreciate the welcome drink (and snack) which wasn't offered.
The bigger concerns for my stay were the room though. When we walked into the room it smelled just musty. Being in Florida, being an older hotel I get it. I let it go but by the next morning it was so damp in the room my shirt was even wet. It was just terrible. I began to then look more closely and the curtains along the edge of the AC had mildew stains -- not good. Carpet squares not lying flat -- Again, we have some mildrew issues, and potentially, mold.
The beds were, to be polite, uncomfortable. They had a unique blend of rock hardness, but also lumpiness. If the goal was to be memorable, mission accomplished because they were terrible! Quite simply it was one of the worst nights of sleep I've had in years of staying at hotels.
When my wife and I woke up after the first night (we were staying several days) we looked at one another and immediately packed up our stuff. We left by 5 am.
