Incrível!
Pros:

Melhor acomodação que ficamos em nossa viagem para o Peru. Nos colocaram em um quarto melhor. O ambiente por lá é incrível. Muito contato com a natureza. O restaurante tem um dos melhores pratos que comemos durante toda nossa estadia pelo Peru. Além do Amaro uma alpaca muito querida, eles tem um ótimo atendimento. Eu passei mal de saúde um dia e eles nos deram todo o suporte e apoio! Foram incríveis. Recomendo demais esse hotel! Incrível!

Très bel établissement, cadre magnifique
Pros:

jardin magnifique dans un cadre idyllique. Chambres très propres et confortables. Petit-déjeuner correct. Personnel très gentil.
Le lama dans le jardin est la cerise sur le gâteau !
A 15 min à pied du centre ville.

Cons:

Le refus par l’hôtel de modifier (et non annuler !) notre réservation, pas très commerçant, business is business

Underbar miljö och hjälpsam personal.
Pros:

Eldstaden på rummet! Jag blev uppgraderad vilket var otroligt lyxigt och att få en eld på rummet var pricken även i:et!

Cons:

Frukosten hade jag önskat lite mer av då de går ut med att de har glutenfritt och jag specifikt skrev det innan som önskemål men de var så hjälpsamma och gjorde allt för att hjälpa mig så det lyfte upp det hela ändå.

1000/10 - Highly Recommended, outstanding place.
Pros:

This property exceeded my expectations. It was beyond beautiful, beyond peaceful and customer service was 1000/10. Staff is friendly and caring. Calm and safe location, address might be tricky to find but once they open the gate, everything is beautiful. Rooms are cozy, comfy beds, in amenities have everything you need. This hotel is perfect when you need to disconnect from your everyday life and recharge energy. Would definitely go back.

Experience of a lifetime!
Pros:

Outstanding personalized and friendly service. The staff went out of the way to meet and surpass every expectation! Beautiful property, peaceful and exceptionally well maintained. We extended our stay because we just couldn’t leave

Peaceful stay - Amazing Staff!
Pros:

The rooms are spacious, and clean. Beds are comfy and shower pressure is great. Restaurant had a wide choice including Dieta and local dishes, everything I tried was tasty and felt it was cooked the healthiest.

Staff is beyond 10, extremely attentive, proactive and kind.

Lizzy Wasi and his team are a little island of peace in the valley.

Cons:

Nothing major but I’d recommend having a little heather in the room or at least make it know it’s available (I didn’t ask ). Slippers would be nice as the bathroom floor is a bit cold - Hair dryer .
Little things - I think the property would benefit from given the lelvel of everything else.
