The hotel is strategically located in the City of Lilongwe within the Bingu WaMutharika International Conference Centre (BICC) and is accessible from various entry points positioning it as ideally easily accessible hotel. Because of its location, it makes accessing key places easy as transport can also be arranged by hotel reception staff. I like the hospitality of reception staff including the porters who were very helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious, and breakfast is great with a variety of food catering for different dietary needs something critical as most people are now careful about what they eat as it determines their health. I would recommend anyone passing through Lilongwe to try Umodzi Park Hotel for a home away from home life experience.

All was well except of internet and the fact that the hotel was not accepting some forms of payments

Cancelled my stay 2 months prior to staying with them on a free cancellation basis. Then on the date I should have arrived (9th Jan) they charged my card £1384 and now won’t answer emails or calls to get my mine refunded. Booking.com has also been a disgrace to deal with and like the hotel really don’t care about their loyal customers. Both the hotel and booking.com who I booked with are shameful.
