工作人員熱情有禮，不過浴室沒有獨立蓮蓬頭，要站在浴缸內淋浴，泡澡相對不方便。(要等淋浴完畢沖洗過浴缸才能開始放水)

スタッフの方々とてもよかったです！
特に朝のレストランの方めっちゃ親切で嬉しかったです！
ただ浴槽あまり使わないからか少し古くなってたかな。後はお値段の割にかなり古い感じでタオルもペラペラかな。でも自転車も借りれるし凄く清潔にするの頑張ってるのはわかるので全体的には良かったと思います！ありがとうございます！

不錯的酒店
Pros:

已多次入住，大堂職員友善有禮，適逢是新年， check-in時更送上一個2025年嘅年曆，大堂更有大桔免費給住客拿取，窩心呢。
房間整齊乾淨，浴室花灑水力稍遜。每次清理房間後，都會送上樽裝水及茶包咖啡包。電視提供多個台給住客選擇收看。

餐廳位於1樓，提供自助早餐和晚餐(晚餐只限星期一至五,星期六日及假期休息)。食物款式尚可，提供的蔬菜也多。

家新飯店鄰近花園夜市，交通也算方便。下次再來台南，也會選擇這間酒店。

Very nice hotel with spacious rooms!friendly staff. The breakfast buffet has a wide selections of both western and Taiwanese food items. walking distances to different night markets. Very happy with our stay!

整潔，房間大，活動空間非常足夠，電視也大，滿意！職員有禮，其中有個小插曲，我房間電子門鎖沒有電，職員來回多次，快速跟進，最後在離開飯店時還送我小禮物。
