방 안에서 대형 바퀴벌레가 여러마리 나왔습니다. 23개국을 여행하면서 이런 경험은 처음이었어요. TV쪽 벽, 침대 옆 벽, 침대 바로 위 천장에서 발견됐어요. 처음 한 마리 나왔을 땐 잡고 자면 될 줄 알았는데 잡고 나서 자려고 불을 끄면 계속 침대 쪽 벽이랑 천장 쪽에서 추가로 한 마리씩 나왔습니다. 천장에서 떨어질 땐 날개로 날아다니기도 했습니다. 제가 잡은 것만 총 4마리였습니다. 도무지 잘 수 없어서 환불 요청하려고 새벽에 프론트에 방문했고 일단 6층 방으로 옮겨주셨는데, 그 방은 괜찮았습니다. 건물이 달라서 그런 것 같아요. 식당있는 쪽 건물 5층, 특히 510호 방은 정말 심각했습니다. 식당이 있어서 더 그런 것 같습니다. 호텔 관계자 분들이 문제를 해결하려고 적극적으로 도와주시긴 했지만 호텔의 개선을 위해서는 더욱 엄격한 방역이 필요할 것 같습니다. 그 외에 온천 욕이랑 저녁식사, 식당 테라스에서 보는 주변 경관은 좋았어요.

櫃台服務好，房間及浴池很大
Pros:

櫃台服務人員超好，也會幫忙叫計程車
。冷熱水龍頭應設置在主浴池旁邊，而不是手勾不到的地方，要調水溫時水龍頭離很遠，必須起身浴池外。

稍有缺點但整體值得！
Pros:

先從缺點開始：
1. 停車部分：雖然可以了解有現場湯屋的客人，但還是會希望飯店方可以針對住客預先將位子保留起來，才不會讓住客還得去路邊找臨停（而且也因為沒有飯店車位而臨停的關係，最後停在路邊時被不明車輛擦撞到而產生輕微車損）。

2. 浴室排水管：排水管可能有堵塞，因此在洗澡時只要把水關掉就會有一股臭味，希望可以改善。

優點：
1. 房間很大，床也很舒服，能看到的山景也非常美麗！
2. 人員服務到位且親切。

整體：瑕不掩瑜。

별로에요.. 추천하고 싶지 않습니다.
Pros:

위치도 외졌고 카운터에서 손님응대하는게 별로 였습니다. 예약할때 결재 완료 했는데 체크인시 결재가 안됐다며 다시 결재 하려고 하고.. 확인해 보라고 몇번 얘기끝에 결재 확인했는데 미안하다는 말 한마디가 없네요.. 조식도 형편이 없어서 아침도 거의 못먹고 나왔습니다.

湯屋舒適，服務親切，台式早餐
Pros:

湯屋寬闊舒適，服務人員親切。較可惜是晚上七點後無接送服務，（櫃臺要另叫計乘車）還有早餐的部份以中式粥及醃漬品居多，重視早餐西式與喜歡鮮食的旅客可能要考慮ㄧ下。但若以泡湯之旅來說整體不錯。
