La verdad la propiedad le falta mejirar su infraestructura, me sali el dia del check in y me cambie de hotel, el personal y el gerente son excelentes personas pero la propiedad, sus instalaciones necesitan una buena remodelacion

Close to the beach, good price, with a helpful staff. Did not have hot water in the shower.

The good: very nice pool. Good location for walking in Rodadero area. Free parking. Internet was stable. Bed was very firm. Housekeeping was on point. Resource for tours in the lobby was very helpful.

The not so good: big problem with ants in the bathroom sink… all over the place. Could not get hot water in the shower. Older property that needs updating. Room overlooking the pool is nice but noisy.

Conclusion: hotel more suitable for locals. But you can walk to beach or restaurants and mall in about 15 minutes.

We got there around 10:00am since our flight was just before that. They didn't let us check in but the did allow is to leave our bags there until it was time to check in.

Breakfast: The closed early for some reason. I saw some of the things at the buffet that I wanted but they started putting it all away 40 minutes before they were supposed to. Not sure why. The breakfast we were given was OK though.

Room: First off it was advertised as a "balcony" room. There really is no balcony. Its just a hallway that you can see the courtyard area.

There is only 2 power outlets in this room. One is under the TV and the other is not accessible unless you move the main bed away from the wall.

Bathroom: No hot water. NONE. Enjoy a cold shower :) The toilet paper dispenser is BEHIND the toilet. And it won't dispense toilet paper unless you pull it in a certain diagonal direction. So if you are sitting on the toilet you need to be a flexible Yoga master to get toilet paper. Or hope you don't have to go that bad and unroll it before you sit on the toilet. But even then its still tricky.

LA gente muy amable, las instalaciones buenas. lo unico que no me gusto fue que esta ubicada en una avenida principal muy dicificil para cruzar. Los coctailes en el bar no estaban muy buenos.

Excelente localização, colaboradores (sem exceção), muito atenciosos, educados e sempre preocupados com os hóspedes!

Las habitaciones son cómodas, en esta ocasión tuve problemas con el aire acondicionado. Me deja decepcionada que ni el hotel ni Hotels.com me responden por una factura de venta del servicio que pagué.

Good experience, rooms was very clean and cleaning services everyday, hotel is old but in good condition, staff very friendly, you feel like in home, nice pool, and area bar. I got breakfast and dinner in my stay and was delicious... i recommend this hotel ....

El establecimiento todo muy bien excepto la llegada que nos tuvieron que llevar a otro hotel porque no había reserva y expedía desde hacía un mes me había confirmando mi reserva, La gerente no hizo nada por solucionar mi problema, no tenían los numero de contacto de expedía y me toco a mi prácticamente buscar los
Medios activar de mi plan de datos llamadas internacionales para poder contactarme con expedía ya que la

Dio La gerente fue buscar otro hotel por cuenta mía y que yo me tenia que hacer cargo de los gastos y a mi no me parecía ya que ya habíamos pagado con anterioridad. Al fin pudimos solucionar de resto todo bien

Excelente ambiente familiar es muy agradable, cerca a la playa.

Personnel accueillant, sympathique. Hôtel propre et installation commune proposée. Piscine bien agréable car pas très profonde donc idéal pour les enfants. Demi pension correcte.

Goede ontvangst met upgrade naar ruime kamer met kingsizebed. Met een ruim balkon met uitzicht op zwembad . Helaas geen gebruik gemaakt van zwembad o.xat er de hele dag families in lagen te spartelen. Ontbijtbuffet was zeer matig. Koffie is niet te zuipen. Ei was koud. Fruit was goed. Avondeten zat er ook bij. Goed eten maar ook koud. Ruim complex op 10 minuten lopen van het strand. Helaas stond de muziek (met het trieste niveau van Jan Smit) keihard aan tot 21.45. Douchewater lauw, maar wel lekker in die hitte. Goede deal dus voor 1 dag.

Buena experiencia

The DECOR of this hotel is beautiful. Nice pool. Nice hammock just outside room in lovely courtyard. Housekeepers did a great job of cleaning daily. Helpful worker fixed my broken sandals.

Very well run hotel and beautiful decor and grounds with nice pool. Not great for foreign TOURISTS as only Colombians stay here and none of staff speaks English. A 5 minute walk from a beautiful mall, which is a plus. A bit longer to the beach but OK.
