Tenia reserva del 23 al 24 de agosto, el vuele se retraso y no logre llegar al hotel el dia 23, llegue al hotel el dia 24 a las 8am, y no quisieron entregarme mi habitacion que ya la tenia paga, no me dejaron consumir el desayuno que ya lo tenia pago. Les pedi el dinero de vuelta y me dijeron que no se podia pero tampoco me dieron mi dia de habitacion. Practicamente me robaron. Ademas que el recepcionista estuvo amargado y grosero

Pros:

Amazing staff - Very courteous and helpful. This room was great. Loved the courtyard. Great value. The beach and old Cartagena are both within walking distance. Would definitely return

Room stunk horribly of smoke
Pros:

We could only stay one night as Our room had a strong smell of smoke. They couldn't move us to another room and it was rather difficult to check out of the hotel when we ended our stay short

Room was very simple, no frills, but clean enough. Area was nondescript. We tried for something between Walled City and beach, but this place ended up feeling kind of nowhere, not super convenient to either. Breafast was adequate.
