I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. While the property was comfortable, it did not meet the standards of luxury that I paid for.

I encountered several issues during my stay. The laundry machine was filthy, and there were no paper towels provided. The master room shower had no hot water and no pressure, which meant that the four of us had to share the other bathroom. Additionally, my room had a strong diesel smell, which forced me to open all the windows. It took approximately four hours for someone to come and inspect the room. Although I was offered another room, I declined due to the inconvenience of repacking our many suitcases. As a result, we had to sleep with all the windows open. The breakfast options were also limited, and the food was delivered to the room.
We will not stay here again.

Todo me parecio excelente pero el colchon y la cama necesitan ser reemplazados urgentemente. Desde el primer dia tuve un fuerte dolor de espalda gracias al colchon, parece una colchoneta barata. Un aparta hotel tan bonito deberia invertir mas dinero en estas cosas tan importantes.

Pros:

The building is beautiful, and while you can sleep in the bed, the rooms are designed like its 1985, and so are fixtures and such.
The towel in the room was a hand towel and cleaning isn't done on Sundays (which I wasn't made aware of).
I asked reception to give me an early wake up call, they said they don't do that. I ended up asking the neighboring hotel (same complex) and they did.
