Service was nice and had lovely welcoming with plate of sweet
Pros:

The location of the hotel was great and close to the beach and to the downtown

Cons:

There was stains on the bathtub and towels weren’t clean I had to ask another ones so changed them. The door lock was broken.

Pros:

The staff were exceptional and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary suite upgrade, and the free shuttle service made it easy to explore Aqaba. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly, making it one of our most enjoyable vacations.

Cons:

The only disappointment was that there was no lunch buffet. We discovered the dinner buffet later in our stay and enjoyed it, but having a lunch buffet would have been much more convenient and would have made the experience even better.
