Nice large hotel, clean rooms and excellent customer service.
Pros:

Rooms are very clean , front desk staff and house keeping staff are very helpful and friendly. Jamal and Ahmad from housekeeping made sure the room was always neat and clean. Mr. Ahmad Hadad from front desk was very helpful in answering questions and addressing my concerns.

Cons:

The air conditioning in my room was not functioning properly, maintenance was called up to the room twice, but after both times the A/C would malfunction again, I should have changed rooms instead.
