Absolutely amazing stay! The hotel was spotless, modern, and extremely comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was fresh and delicious with plenty of options. The location was perfect and close to everything we needed. Every detail made the experience feel luxurious and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service and a wonderful atmosphere.

تجربتي بهالفندق كانت سيئة جدًا وما بتمثل أبدًا فندق 5 نجوم. من أول لحظة بتحس إنه المكان قديم ومهمل، الغرف مستهلكة والأثاث قديم، وما في أي اهتمام بالتفاصيل أو النظافة بالشكل المطلوب.

أسوأ موقف صار معي كان بنص الليل، بعد ما جعت واضطريت أجيب أكل من برا، رفضوا بشكل تام إني أدخل الأكل معي. عندهم قانون بخصوص هالموضوع، بس طريقة التعامل كانت أسوأ ما يكون. ما في أي احترام أو شرح منطقي، والأسلوب كان مستفز جدًا. المسؤول نفسه أهمل الموضوع وتركه بدون أي حل أو محاولة يساعد، وكأنك مش نزيل عندهم. بالنهاية اضطريت آكل برا بالسيارة، موقف مهين وما بصير بفندق بأي تصنيف.

اللوبي كمان فيه تدخين بشكل عادي، والدخان بكل المكان، إشي مقرف وغير مقبول نهائيًا، ويدل على غياب الرقابة والاهتمام.

الخدمة بشكل عام ضعيفة وبطيئة، وما في أي اهتمام حقيقي براحة النزيل.

الفطور كان سيء جدًا، خيارات قليلة وجودة ضعيفة، وما إله علاقة بمستوى فندق 5 نجوم.

الأسعار مبالغ فيها بشكل كبير مقارنة بالخدمة والمستوى الحقيقي. تجربة فاشلة من كل النواحي، وما بنصح فيه أبدًا

No maintainance of the rooms
the shower needs to be fixed or replaced
