Outstanding staff and location with secure private parking right under the hotel.
Pros:

Wonderful, super kind staff, both at the reception and n the breakfast restaurant. The upgrade to the attic room with the cathedral view through the sky light windows was amazing.

A most wonderful place to visit. We loved it!
Pros:

We enjoyed a wonderful stay. Great location, spotlessly clean spacious rooms and a powerful shower! Great staff and secure parking. Only blip on the stay was the lack of air conditioning. Although the unit was present the AC facility was not in service and the streets were a little too noisy ( eve of a major holiday) to have the windows open. A very small thing in the overall experience. We look forward to visiting again soon!

Great location, cool architecture.
Pros:

The room was architecturally interesting with high ceilings and wooden beams. It was a nice mix of old world charm and modernity. The parking access was went surprisingly smoothly. Just follow the map. We were lucky there were few cars in the garage, otherwise it might have been harder to exit. Breakfast was a good selection. The staff was helpful, although very limited English, we made it work. It’s a great location to explore central Valladolid.

Cons:

No AC in late April despite it being 80F degrees. My fault for not reading the fine print. Apparently they can only turn it on in the height of summer months.
