Praticamente perfetto
Pros:

Tutto, architettura gradevole per essere Abano, parti comuni eleganti e raffinate, camera confortevole con bel terrazzino, ma soprattutto cucina eccezionale.

Pros:

Qualche persona dello Staff cordiale ed educata

Cons:

- Mancanza presidio degli addetti al Salvataggio / Le 4 piscine non sono presidiate - in caso di malore di una persona sola in una delle vasche cosa succede??
Mi riserverò di fare comunicazione agli Enti Competenti
- Una piscina esterna nel fondale c’era presenza di terra, foglie ecc
- Nella piscina interna c’era presenze di alghe nelle fughe del rivestimento
- presenza di bambini maleducati e fuori controllato dal parte degli addetti e genitori
- Spogliatoi palestra presenza delle solite tracce nel water per 2 giorni
- comportamento dei camerieri nel fine cena alle 21:35, praticamente ci hanno fatto capire di alzarci.
- clienti che mangiavano dentro la piscina
- non e’ un hotel 5 stelle L forse un quattro
- frigo della camera rumoroso, lampada comodino non funzionante e cassetta Water che in dei momenti perdeva acqua
- sapone intimo mancante neanche previsto
- al piano bar la sera presenza di gruppo stranieri molesti
- nelle zone del silenzio clienti che parlano a voce alta e rispondano al telefono tranquillamente.
- mancanza di dotazione di ciabatte in gomma solo ciabatte di stoffa

Very relaxing place
Pros:

An excellent hotel for a relaxing holiday. Large, spacious rooms. They're a little dated, but still in good condition. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfasts and a great spa area. Helpful staff. We really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that there's nowhere to go for a walk. But if your goal is a hotel stay, you don't need that.

Comfortable rooms and quiet
Pros:

Rooms are well equipped. The bathrooms are large. Beds are comfortable. Only complaint is the light comes on at night which is extremely bright when you go to the bathroom. Breakfast is excellent with great choices. The pools are great. I got a really good facial but the both my husband and I got 80 minute deep tissue massages but we both came away disappointed. Not very good massages. I have had massages all over Italy and have never had a bad one but these were terrible.

The bar at night has live music which was really great. I would have give a 5 star if it were not for the massages

A gem of a hotel in Abano
Pros:

The place is clean, modern, staff helpful and well trained. We felt very comfortable. The spa is especially lovely. The room was spacious and the Aqua Di Parma toiletries added a great touch of luxury. The night use of pools was great!

Cons:

The only thing I wish is that there was one pool with colder water for swimming. My skin was also affected by the hot water and I had to limit the stay in the pools to 20 mins twice a day as a result. I might have to stay in the future in one of the hotels that has one pool with colder water, very sadly.
