I’d recommend this lovely hotel
Pros:

Lovely friendly staff, very welcoming and helpful wherever possible. They even checked our train times for us and discovered a delay that saved us missing our connection and flight home!
Delicious breakfast options.
Close to centre and bus stop to get to ski lifts.

Exceptional experience, felt like home
Pros:

Cosiness, clean, quality service and friendly staff - especially Rose🌹 we were also very much motivated for the gulash soup every day, after skiing

Good service and location - value for money in Kitz
Pros:

Good value for money. The soup served in the afternoon 16:30-18:30 was a nice plus. The breakfast was great.

Cons:

The bed and the pillows were old and uncomfortable (in our room - we saw other rooms had been upgraded, and believe they are in the process of upgrading all rooms).

It was a fantastic stay with cosy vibes. I especially liked the breakfast and the soup offered in the afternoon after a long ski day. Rose, who was the afternoon staff was an amazing person, made our stay extra special and comfortable

One night there were no hot water to shower.

Pros:

A small but cozy hotel right in the city center. Everything within the town is easily accessible on foot, and we also walked to the ski lifts (our skis and snowboards were stored near the lift). Excellent breakfast and a very comfortable lobby area. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Pros:

War viel schöner als auf den Fotos- waren positiv überrascht! Frühstück war toll- alles da was man braucht.
Nachmittags gabs Gulaschsuppe- das war nach dem Skifahren eine Wohltat.

Lovely traditional and friendly hotel. Rooms were very comfortable and excellent breakfast.
Pros:

Traditional style cosy property and very friendly staff. Rooms were very comfortable with a kettle available on request. Breakfast was excellent, as was the goulash soup when we came off the mountain after a long days skiing! The bar was well stocked with lovely area to sit for a relaxed drink in the evening.

Cons:

Nothing - we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Friendly, family run and reasonably priced - highly recommend and hope to return
Pros:

Location - a 5-10 min walk to shops/restaurants/main lifts (we kept our skis in the locker room at Hahnenkamm Lift Intersport for ease). Good choice of central restaurants and bars.

Gamshof is family run and full of character and charm. Welcoming, efficient staff, small reasonably priced bar with seating - great place to meet other like-minded guests. Lovely buffet style breakfast, afternoon Goulash soup. Pleasant, clean, modern rooms.

Cons:

We liked everything.

Bárkinek ajánlani tudom ezt a szállást.
Pros:

Bőséges, változatos volt a reggeli. A személyzet segítőkészsége nagyon jól esettt. Ideális tájékoztatást adtak az állomás megközelítéséhez.
