Séjour relaxant dans un cadre enchanteur.
Pros:

Hotel stylé, traditionnel, de stylé laotien, tout en bois.
Ambiance apaisante, cadre très agréable, personnel très serviable et courtois. Très bonne cuisine.
Nou à la réception nous a bien aidées pour trouver des taxis, confirmer les billets de train etc...
Et puis la piscine entourée de verdure très agréable après une journée de visite !

Pros:

Wir konnten, nachdem wir schon früh morgens ankamen, gegen einen kleinen Aufpreis unser Zimmer schon früher beziehen. Wir hatten den Eindruck, es war größer als das was wir gebucht haben. Es war alles sehr sauber. Der Pool ist schön und abends mit einem Farbwechsel beleuchtet. Das Hotel insgesamt strahlt Gemütlichkeit aus. Eine Oase in der Stadt.
Fahrräder stehen kostenlos zu Verfügung.

Pros:

Overall pleasant atmosphere in the hotel. Although the hotel is somewhat "aged", it is in relatively good condition and mostly clean. Price for the hotel room was very fair!

Cons:

The restaurant was not very quick in cleaning up the tables. At two occasion, I had to clean up my own table. Staff should pay more attention to detail. The worst experiences were the evenings. It seems there is a club or some establishment very near by and there is very loud music until late and made it impossible to fall asleep. During the day, there was construction noise, making it a bit less comfortable to enjoy the pool. Location is a bit far off and sometimes difficult to get a taxi or transportation.

Cons:

Laute Karaoke-Bar in der Nähe. Aber Ohrstöpsel werden vom Hotel bereitgestellt.

Le petit déjeuner est très bien.

Cons:

Il n'y a pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et des cafards sortent du siphon. Il y a une forte odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain.
La télé n'est pas connectée.
Très loin du centre. Compliqué pour s'y rendre.
Impossible de dormir la nuit. Il y a de la musique provenant des bars alentours toute la nuit. Les cloisons sont tellement fines qu'on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les chambres à côté.
