Nice hotel with comfortable rooms
Pros:

Staff was friendly and the room was nice and comfortable

Cons:

It’s a bit of a maze - from reception to the lift and then to the rooms is a bit of a challenge. Better to use the stairs. Also there was some long hair on the floor when we got to the room.

Pros:

Stále trvá milý rodinný dojem z ubytování. Je příjemné vidět spojení s komunitou - knihovna, seminární místnosti. Herna pro děti. A také méně okázalosti typické pro jiné hotely v Rakouských horách. Řetězec si tak zachovává svůj osobitý styl, pro který ho vyhledáváme, když cestujeme s méně sourodou skupinou.
