Idealne miejsce na premium aktywny wypoczynek. Super posiłki, można odpocząć i się wyluzować.
Pros:

Premium obiekt o super lokalizacji. Duże przestronne pokoje ze wspaniałymi widokami. Posiłki bardzo dobre. Obsługą pierwsza klasa. Strefa Spa, Sauna i basen kameralna w idealny sposób.

Stärken bei Lage, Frühstück und Wellness, Schwächen bei Zimmerausstattung und Lärmbelastung
Pros:

Das Frühstück war reichhaltig, sehr gutes Frühstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Lage des Hotels war zur Nähe der Piste optimal. Wellness und Beauty auf sehr hohem Niveau – umfangreich und erstklassig. Das Essen war ebenfalls sehr gut und ausreichend. Das Personal war immer sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Leider war in unserem Zimmer Teppichboden vorhanden, was sich aufgrund meiner starken Allergie negativ auf meine Erholung ausgewirkt hat. Auf Nachfrage vor Ort war kein Zimmer ohne Teppich verfügbar. Die Lage des Hotels ist zwar sehr gut in Bezug auf die Lift Nähe, unser Zimmer war jedoch sehr laut – sowohl durch das Nachbarzimmer als auch deutlich durch Straßenlärm und Pistenraupe sowie Räumdienste. Von daher waren die Nächte für uns sehr kurz. Am Morgen unseres letzten Tages wurden wir darüber informiert, dass wir am Abend in einem Nebenraum essen sollen, da neue Gäste angekommen sind. Das empfanden wir als unangemessen und wenig wertschätzend – hier hätte es eine bessere Lösung geben müssen.

Sehr schöner erholsamer Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Alles war super, Zimmer schön und komfortabel, super Sauber, tolles Essen sowie Spa Bereich. Große Auswahl an Massagen und Beauty-Behandlungen. Perfekt für Familien mit Kinder aber auch für Paare die etwas ruhiger haben wollen.

לא ציינו שמשקאות בהגשה - כולל מים, חייבים בתשלום. (המלצרים באים להציג את התפריט ומציעים שתייה מבלי לומר שזה יהיה בתשלום ויוצרים הבנה שזה במסגרת החבילה. גם כשביקשנו קנקן מים, הם חייבו אותנו. נציין שניתן לקחת משקאות סודה ממכונה המוצבת בחדר אוכל, ללא תשלום)
