En booking no tenia ninguna casilla donde seleccionar que iba con mascota, que era un incremento de 10 euros y una fianza de 50. Al llegar más de 1 hora esperar que trajeran una cama de perro y un cuenco para beber por e motivo antes mencionado. LA PISCINA Y SPA QUE ANUNCIAN CERRADA, el precio de la habitación la misma y no te dan ese servicio, booking tampoco lo anuncia. Es un timo que te ofrezcan un servicio el cual NO TE DAN y aparte cobran lo mismo. NO RECOMIENDO NADA ESTE HOTEL que para 3 estrellas parece hostal de mala muerte. El tv el mando no funcionaba un desastre de hotel.

Cons:

Conozco hoteles tres estrellas y creo q este no debería tenerlas.En el comedor el papel o el material d la pared despegado y pequeño .No tenían pan tuvimos q esperar a q lo sacarán del horno y ya casi nos habíamos comido el plato q nos trajeron.El bocadillo era enano.El spa ,la piscina cerrada estaban d obras claro contra eso nada se puede hacer .Las puertas d la habitación dan unos golpes ...al cerrar.y la gente muy poco cívica ,muchas voces,a la noche.Las obras empezaban muy pronto a las nueve y media,los huéspedes vamos a descansar.El gimnasio mi hijo lo aprovechó, está bien.Pero tres estrellas lo siento m vuelvo a repetir no.Saludos.

All good though usual to not be allowed to leave the dog in the room while I had a meal
Difficult to find the car park entrance in the dark.
I booked late so was grateful that they had rooms free.

Las vistas, lo espacioso de la habitación, la amabilidad del personal tanto de recepción como de cafetería.

Cons:

El que se hiciera el mantenimiento de la piscina justo en la semana de mi estancia sin previo aviso o el mejorable servicio del equipo de limpieza de habitaciones.

Pros:

La ubicación y el chico que atendía los desayunos.

Cons:

La limpieza, el suelo estaba sucio con pegotes y la funda de la almohada también estaba sucia.
Tener que dejar las llaves al salir es un atraso ya que luego tienes que estar esperando a que venga alguien a recepción para dártelas y a veces la espera es larga.

No era lo que esperábamos de todo menos descanso y tranquilidad .

Cons:

Camas bastante incómodas, almohadas durísimas, limpieza pésima y que haya un gym en la planta de debajo las habitaciones con horario de 6:00 a 24 horas. Se escuchan golpes continuamente una locura . No repetiremos. No es un acierto.
