Great spot for an overnight stop
Pros:

The location is perfect for the ferry. Just outside the hustle and bustle of Central Santander. Ten minutes from the ferry port. The reception and bar are open 24 hours per day.

Cons:

The only thing was that the lock to my room failed which necessitated calling the 24 hour desk for assistance. Otherwise I would give this hotel a score of 10. I would definitely stay there again.

La atención del personal.

Cons:

Era muy ruidoso. Tienen un gimnasio y se escucha música y gritos en horarios de descanso.
Mi habitación estaba encima del gimnasio, supongo que otras habitaciones más alejadas, posiblemente no resultarán afectadas por tanto ruido.
Además, la asistencia al gimnasio de personas externas al uso del hotel, produce una saturación del estacionamiento que ha determinadas horas de la tarde (seguramente hora punta del gimnasio y del regreso de clientes del hotel), dificultaba el poder aparcar en el estacionamiento y en los alrededores.

Cons:

Cogí el hotel por la piscina interior y estaba averiada pero al hacer la reserva no es especificaba en ningún momento. Solo nos enteramos al llegar al alojamiento y no nos pareció desafortunado. Podíamos haber optado por otra opción.

La limpieza, la amabilidad del personal,llegamos antes de la hora del checking y nos guardaron el equipaje, cafetería 24/h todo excelente

Cons:

Que no estaba la calefacción dada y mi bebe paso frío tube que meterla con migo a la cama por que se descubre con todo lo que mueve dormida
