Deje las cosas apagadas cuando sali de la habitación y al volver la luz del baño estaba prendida y también el televisor, ademas mi mochila abierta de un bolsillo y la casaca que vine puesta la había dejado encima y estaba al costado.

Teniamos una reserva, Pero a unas cuadras antes de llegar al hotel nos cancelaron la reserva, diciendo que ya no tenian habitaciones. No se puede confiar en este establecimiento.

Gracias por el gesto de amabilidad.
Pros:

Cercanía al aeropuerto Jorge Chávez, teníamos que subir por las escaleras, cargando el equipaje, hasta la habitación en el 3er piso y nos hicieron el favor de pasarnos a una en el 2do piso, muy agradecidos por ése gesto de amabilidad..

Not Recommended – Noisy and Dishonest Front Desk

I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the start, the experience was frustrating. The front desk initially gave me the wrong room, and only after I went back did they apologize and switch me to another one.

After settling in and taking a shower, I realized the TV wasn’t working. To make things worse, the bathroom was flooding with water. When I asked the receptionist about the TV, they casually mentioned it was under maintenance—something they never informed me about before booking or even when switching my room. When I requested another room, they claimed all rooms had the same issue, which they should have been upfront about from the beginning.

On top of all this, the hotel was extremely noisy, making it difficult to get a good night’s rest. Overall, a bad experience with poor communication and a lack of honesty. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.
