Price was too high for the facilities and location.
Pros:

The restaurant in the hotel was nice.

Cons:

The rooms were very dated, the shower needed a new door the plug sockets were all loose in the room. There is a lot of homeless around the hotel and there was a few occasions where they had come into the hotel lobby. Doesn’t feel like a safe area.

Nice city central Dallas hotel
Pros:

Big rooms, central location, breakfast is nice. Parking garage right next to hotel for 20usd a night.

Cons:

Rooms are abit dated. Solid 90’s vibe. Doesn’t take away from the comfort though.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, está cerca de todo y puedes llegar a pie a muchos lugares. The location is good, everything is at walking distance.

We arrived really early from a long flight from Australia - we were able to check in really early, which was fabulous.

We were not told we couldn't get into the hotel after dark via the back entrance.

The area and how nice it was

Cons:

When we checked in it was some girl that clearly didn’t care about anything we parked in the parking garage that said public parking and we asked if that was the correct and she said you can. That is not what I asked then she gives us our room key and doesn’t tell us how to get to our room so we struggled for 10 minutes at 3:30 in the morning after an 8 hour drive the guy the next day was much more helpful at the front desk
