Dirty and uncomfortable
Pros:

The staff was kind and helpful

Cons:

The rooms were dirty - hair in shower, un-wiped surfaces all over room, stained comforters, dust everywhere, HORRIBLE pillows that felt like they put cotton balls into a pillow case.

I will stay in future Hilton hotels but will not be returning to this area.
Pros:

The room itself was fine

Cons:

I did not feel safe traveling with my daughter around the area. I left my car with the valet while they were busy and instructed where it was and told them the flashers were on. The car was left in that same spot on the street all night and the battery was dead the next morning because no one had attended to it.

Didn't stay longer than 15 minutes. Didn't feel safe staying there. Waste of money

Everything. Room was sketchy. Didn't know there was an adjoining room when I booked the room. That made me feel extremely unsafe. Everything looked old and dirty. Parking was outrageous. Would never come back or recommend to anyone

Be back again and do it all over again .
Pros:

Everything was amazing and at the heart of downtown with amazing food & things to do with everything pretty good if you decent to venture outside of dallas for a day! The pool being in the rooftop with a gym really helps the stay feel more relaxing. The biggest let down is this place has no parking for guest or people staying which should be an included thing or atlease COMP out parking for using the next door facility. Their was a few skepital people around the hotel outside as they loitered & even slept outside which is a bit unsettling but the stay overall is definitely alot better than we had hoped for

Cons:

Parking is beyond terrible, they only offer VALET PER DAY which is pricey. They dont COMP public parking or offer an self parking; pricey too (20$ an day parking) . It such a huge downside to such an nice hilton.

La piscine, la chambre avec la vue exceptionnelle

Cons:

J ai précisé que c’etait un cadeau d’anniversaire pour mon mari et j aurais aimé qu une attention lui soit accordée pour lui faire la surprise.
