Excellent location, a spacious swimming pool, and genuinely friendly staff.

Cons:

The bathroom in my room was quite outdated, with several broken elements throughout, and I didn’t feel safe using the shower because the hair dryer was installed immediately next to it. Although the room had a lovely balcony overlooking the Postăvarul peak, I couldn’t fully enjoy it as a non‑smoker, as smoking is allowed on the balconies and many guests in the surrounding rooms were smoking. The price charged for the room was in line with a four‑star property, but the actual quality felt closer to a two‑three star standard.

Mi-a plăcut totul: curățenie, mâncare bună, personalul foarte drăguț si receptiv. Un singur lucru ne-a displăcut: că nu am avut balcon. În rest totul la superlativ. Mai venim!

Relaxing, refreshing, enjoyable, we want to come again sometime
Pros:

the pool is very nice, amazing actually, I (and our daughters) like it very much
the water was warm
it was not crowded, it's huge
we had enough towel and bathrobe to use them for the pool
the air and the natural environment are amazing
the stuff was helpful and kind
the lunch is very good and not expensive
the outdoor terrace was just perfect for sunbathing

Cons:

the elevator is very busy, we stayed at 7th floor and mostly I used the stairs
there are 2 there but one was not working and the one that worked had some problems, it stopped at floors even if nobody ask for it
