Accesibilitatea la sauna ,salina si o piscina imensa cu apa calda de 28 -30 grade C. Ski bus cu dl .Atilo care te duce și te ea de la gondola prin apel telefonic.Mic dejun ,suedez copios.Camere mari, noi avem vedere la Postavar și cu un balcon destul de mare.

We enjoyed our time at the spa, but our sleep wasn’t so good because of the old, hard bed.

The spa/pool area was excellent and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is great, super comfortable, close to the ski areas. The views from the room are a bliss! Amazing! The food in the hotel restaurant was also really good.

Cons:

Some employees need more customer service training. Ski buss it is said only to take you if you have equipment (why), some receptionist could be a bit nicer, and the main pain point - the hair dryers are the worst ever seen!!! (I had to ask someone visiting to get one for me and my daughter as we have long thick hair and it was impossible to dry). Also, breakfast should be kept a little longer, they start pulling food off half an hour before the official closure and if you’re travelling with small kids that can be really painful.
