The customer service clerk was nice I think the hotel needs more cleaning staff.
Pros:

I liked the breakfast that came with rate.

Cons:

The top sheet I saw dirt. Most of gym equipment didn't work. The gym didn't have enough cleaning spray and towels. Some furniture in rooms need to be more updated. My friend's room chair was ripped. The coffee machine needs to be more stocked.

Absolutely a bad experience I would not recommend or stay there again. I should have taken photos.

Our first night we had NO heat in the room. I went to the front desk first thing in the morning and told the attendant about having no heat, he came up right a way and confirmed that the heat was not working. The bed in the first room was Very well used and in need of replacement. We had booked a king sized bed. This room was clean. The other room that they moved us to the beds were extremely worn and you had to lay in a depression. Both beds were that way. The carpet needed to be replaced several years ago. Many stains in the carpet and was filthy. Between the beds and night stand had not been vacuumed and had what looked like popcorn beside the night stand and some beads from what I assumed had come from a child's bracelet. The breakfast was a joke, you could see through the bacon and was in probably in inch of grease in the pan. Not much of a selection to choose from. We had to go to a restaurant each day and spend about $30 plus dollars for breakfast that would have not been necessary if the motel had a passable breakfast.

Clean Hotel about 30 minutes from town
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean with a porch on the first floor. The kids loved the pool. Breakfast met the need. The gentleman at the front desk was kind and constantly moving to keep the space neat and kept.

Cons:

Just make sure to hold your booking with the card you definitely want to use. There wasn't a chance to change it. Also there is no microwave in the rooms but there is one at the lobby

Check in is too late in the day compared to other motels. Both bed mattresses sloped down toward the side..so much that items slid off. Lamp didn’t work.
Coffee in lobby was mostly water. So weak it tasted like tea. Even though I hang the “please clean room,” sign on the door it wasn’t touched during my stay.

Not the one.
Pros:

Size of room.

Cons:

Bed was very hard. Carpet in halls were stained. Breakfast was not good. We had cups with coffee pods on our room with nothing to make it with. No microwave. No hangers in the little closet area. The pool also was supposed to be 90• but it was not
