Very disappointed. The manager was supposed to get in touch with me and never did
Pros:

I reserved two rooms with two bed in each room and prepaid. This was for 7 people. I booked this in April 2025. I messaged the hotel a few months before our trip to confirm. I called the hotel 7 hours before arrival to confirm my booking and was told all was good. We get to the hotel at 10:00 pm and they only have two rooms with one bed in each room on two different floors. They found only 2 rollaways The 7 year old had to sleep with his parents. Not impressed. I was told my day staff upon checkout that the manager would contact me but he never did.

Cons:

Reservation system. Very tired looking rooms. Rooms are very dark with not much lighting

A localização é a única coisa boa deste hotel. Fora isso, mais nada.

Cons:

- Quartos pequenos, contratei para 4 pessoas e quando cheguei o quarto era bem pequeno. As camas "double-beds" eram camas pequenas que dois adultos simplesmente não dormem.
- Ambiente não estava limpo, carpete velho, banheiro sujo com cabelo.
- Inadmissível a porta do banheiro não fechava. Não é que ela não trancava, ela não FECHAVA. Como pode isso? BÁSICO
- Chuveiro com pressão de água super baixa, mau dava para tomar banho.

Pros:

I really liked the kindness of the staff in the morning; the service was excellent and very attentive. I also enjoyed the pool area, as it was pleasant and well maintained.

Cons:

During lunchtime, the experience was not the same, as there was only one person working and she seemed to focus mainly on serving alcoholic drinks instead of helping guests who were waiting for food. In addition, I was surprised that parking was charged even to hotel members, which is not something you would normally expect when staying at a hotel.I
would also like to mention that the room I stayed in (724) did not seem to have good sound insulation. The noise from cars, ambulances, and traffic on 40th Street made it difficult to sleep well.
