Achei o quarto extremamente quente por mais que colocasse a temperatura que queríamos o ar desligava sozinho com 10 min ligado. No caso estava programado para desligar. A geladeira também não gelava nada, estava com criança e um bebê deixei lanche deles na geladeira pra resfriar e amanheceu ruim porque não refrigerou

10 out of 10 for cleanliness, very comfortable bed. The location is terrifc.

Very clean, very comfortable bed.

Cons:

temperature in room was 60 degrees when we arrived. I asked the front desk to help me raise the temperature to 70. They never got back to me. It was quite cold for us. Luckily the front desk did have a comforter otherwise we would not have been able to sleep.

Me gusto la cama muy cómoda, pero cuando llegue a la habitacion, encontre los instrumentos de limpieza en el medio de la habitacion.

Cons:

el telefono de la habitacion no funcionaba, para cualquier información no tenia linea.

ottima posizione e ottima colazione

Cons:

la persona a la reception ha insistito che la colazione non era compreso, ho dovuto fare vedere la prenotazione e poi non si sono ne anche scusate. ho chiesto una Fattura che non sono riusicto di inviarmi

Pros:

A limpeza dos quartos. Atendimento dos funcionários da recepção. Agilidade no check in e check out.

Cons:

Cafe da manhã muito simples. Somente uma pessoa para atender. As mesas ficam sujas e não comportam muitas pessoas no cafe. Faltava talheres e reposição.
