The stay was amazing
Staff was very friendly, especially Recption .

- The receptionist Mr/ Mustafa was so helpful according to his scope .
- The GM. Amr Adel is a super super kind person and he owns the magic stick to change all the staff quality by 360 degree in 30 min only .
- great quality and variety food .
- entertainment team doing their best to make everyone happy.
- no body checked the room before we arrived it was very dirty and broken but Mr/ Mustafa helped us to change it to better one and it was clean and big enough
- staff was not polite at 1st but Mr/ Amr (GM) changed everything after the complains.
Très bon petit déjeuner (crêpes, oeufs, beaucoup de choix). Le système de buffet-servi est bien, limitant le gâchis.
Lits très corrects, salle de bain également.
Belle piscine et aménagements côté plage ok
La climatisation de notre chambre peinait a vraiment rafraîchir. Souvent en mode ventilateur plutôt que réellement refroidissement.
Les boissons du restaurant, au petit déjeuner ou aux déjeuner/dîner, ne sont vraiment pas terribles (sauf la bière, peut-être)
Douche froide, même si à cette période (juillet), ça passe facilement.

The resort is quite small but very comfortable and beautifullly kept. We would highly recommend it.
The staff were all exceptional. They always went out of their ways to make sure we were happy and got everything we needed.
The landscapes are beautiful. And the sea there is amazing with beautiful corals.

A lot of the beach sun loungers where broken and beach not tidied at end of the day
I found the evening entertainment was poor . For being a fantastic place and the size of the place , I was expecting the evening entertainment to be much ,much better. My only fault of the place. During the day was great getting into different activities by the entertainment staff couldn't fault that.
Staff is friendly and helpful. Beach is not rocky but not the clearest.
You have to avoid looking at the details to enjoy your stay. Everything is 8 out of 10 at best.

Renovations should be done by order of buildings ' some roomes have new bathroom but old a/c while other roomes the other way round . total renovation would look much better
